I had a great experience speaking with Emily when I called about getting a new phone and setting up a contract on my existing plan. She was friendly, professional, and really easy to talk to. Emily took the time to understand what I needed and explained all the options clearly without making anything feel complicated or rushed.
She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and confidence. It genuinely felt like she cared about finding the best option for me rather than just making a sale.
Thanks to Emily, what could have been a confusing process turned into a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend speaking with her if you’re looking to upgrade your phone or review your plan.
