I am writing to take a moment to commend the excellent standard of customer service I have experienced with Your Mobile.
While I have consistently found your team to be helpful and efficient, I felt particularly compelled to write in recognition of one member of staff who truly stood out – Caitlin Semple.
From the very beginning of our conversation, Caitlin demonstrated a level of professionalism, warmth and genuine care that immediately put me at ease. It was clear that I was in capable hands, and that she would do everything possible to assist me. She approached my enquiry with patience, clarity and a positive attitude throughout, and went above and beyond to help.
Although we were ultimately unable to secure the deal I had hoped for, through no fault of her own, the outcome felt secondary to the experience she provided. Caitlin’s manner and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me.
I find it really rare these days to encounter service of this calibre and it speaks volumes about both Caitlin as an individual (Top Lady and a lovely human being!) and the standards upheld by your organisation. Thanks to Caitlin, I would not hesitate to consider doing business with your mobile in the future.

very bad service the customer are friendly when they want you to sign up after when received your new sim card first 2 weeks signal and network seems very good after cooling period your headache will start from poor service signal and you can see full bars but signal no good at all
Stay away from this company they are scammers that’s the reason they make you sign 3 years contract because they know that their service is bad

I have had an extremely poor experience with YourMobile.com (Chase Direct Ltd).
The company agreed to pay my Vodafone termination fee as part of the contract but failed to do so. Despite multiple assurances over a long period, including confirmations that payment would be made, this was never honoured.
In addition, I was repeatedly charged amounts exceeding the agreed contract price, including additional charges that were not properly explained or agreed.
As a direct result, I suffered financial loss and damage to my credit file, which has had a lasting impact.
I made numerous attempts to resolve this matter over more than two years, including formal complaints and a Letter Before Action, all of which were ignored or not properly addressed.
Due to the lack of resolution, I have now been forced to take legal action.
I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

Not a very straightforward switch, and no immediate access to the plan portal .. didn’t explain fully that not from 02 but actually a partner, so misleading and now stuck with them
