Expired PAC code
I had tried to request an expired PAC code several times from Plan.com online, emailing them 4 times to issue another but received no answer. I called to speak in person, and was told incorrectly that my supplied one still worked, which, upon trying to go to my new supplier, turns out it didn't. I then called again, and Joseph tried harder then his colleagues to find a solution to the problem and provided good customer service and a good outcome to the case. All hail Joseph!
