Never shipped my product. Ghosted all forms of communication. Gave an invalid tracking ID that doesn’t exist. This brand is a scam.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with us was frustrating, however we would like to clarify a few important details regarding your order.
Your order was fulfilled and shipped shortly after it was placed. During transit, the parcel was unfortunately returned to us due to an address issue caused by a missing apartment/unit detail on the shipping label. As soon as we identified the issue, we informed you directly, apologised for the mistake, and arranged a full reshipment at no additional cost.
Throughout the process, we responded to your emails and provided updates whenever available. We also supplied a new shipment reference once the replacement package was dispatched. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused, we even provided you with a special discount code for a future order.
Most importantly, your package was successfully delivered after the reshipment.
We completely understand the frustration caused by delays, and we take responsibility for the fulfillment error. However, stating that we “never shipped” your order, “ghosted all communication,” and that our brand is a “scam” does not accurately reflect what happened.
We responded to your messages throughout the process and resolved the issue directly with you. If there was any point where you believe we “ghosted” you, we would genuinely ask you to provide evidence of this, as our email correspondence clearly shows continued communication and support from our side.
We appreciate your patience throughout the situation and thank you again for supporting Exasario.

The chain I got was so good that when I went out the next day I had 3 different huzzes come up to me and rizz me up and I only was out for a hour shi it's either this jewellery is so good or it's the fact I'm 6,4 muscular af and proper handsome af
