We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Upon investigating, we found that your item was dispatched on December 29th and is currently in the hands of Royal Mail. We understand the urgency of receiving your order, and we want to assure you that we share your concern.
Due to the holiday season, Royal Mail is currently experiencing a significant backlog, resulting in longer-than-usual delivery times. Unfortunately, once an item is dispatched, we have limited control over the delivery process, as it is entirely handled by Royal Mail.
