Since Royal Mail is on strike, the delivery affects our customers nationwide. We have contacted Royal Mail and mentioned that they have got a huge backlog, which will take at least 2-3 weeks to clear. Please expect longer delays than usual. If you have any concerns, please email us at support@excellentpick.co.uk. We are always here to support our customers. Thanks

Postal strike
My item never arrived. Contacted them and still didn’t come. Customer service was incredibly good and helped at every step. The Postal strikes meant the product was delayed and arrived too late for my daughter to give to her friend. Excellent Pick kept in touch all the way through.
The ball is nice for a Liverpool fan.
