Experience It Now Travel Reviews

Always a pleasure to deal with Tracey at Experience it Now, at the Langley, Eastbourne office. She always has a smile on her face when we visit and answers emails promptly. She is knowledgeable on all related travel and especially cruises.

We booked through Tracey at Langney shopping centre. We gave her the brief of what we wanted and she came up with the ideas and suggestions. Tracey also sorted our flights and motor home for New Zealand next year. Thank you Tracey for you support 👍

Very helpful and efficient especially with my dietary requirements

First time we have used Experience it now travel agent in Seaford. Extremely welcoming, helpful and went beyond to find us the specific holiday we wanted. We booked 2 holidays and planning another with them. They made the experience easy and kept in contact during the whole process to ensure we were happy. A great team in Seaford, many thanks.

Only called in to the Langney branch to ask a couple of questions, regarding our pre booked holiday. The lady was very helpful ... as always with a visit there. Left feeling re-assured.

Fantastic service from Renee, bombarded her with many questions but nothing was too much trouble.

Booked a 7 day cruise which is a really good price

All staff in Langney happy to spend time finding the right trip and price for you

I am so happy we have a travel agent in Peacehaven. I have had excellent service over the years from a variety of agents, all good. I phoned from the middle of the Mediterranean on my way to Barcelona and they organized a ticket for me to the cathedral there when no one else could do it. They have also booked flights and hotels for me. Efficient, friendly and always answer the phone.

From the referral from Laura Neill. To the utterly committed and extremely professional way That Chloe Stenning
Goes about getting you what you are looking for it is just a pressure free pleasure to book your Holiday this way

Amazing support to book our family-moon to disneyland paris.

With planning a wedding I really didn't have the energy to plan a honeymoon too. Jasmin took it all over and I didn't lift a finger. She was kind helpful and discussed everything in detail about the whole trip.
I honestly couldn't have done it without the support.
We had the best holiday and have so many great memories due to Jasmin being so precise with every detail.

I would highly recommend this company and Jasmin to get your disney dream into a reality.

Excellent, efficient service from cheerful Katie in Peacehaven. Thank you, Katie.

First time using this company that was recommended to us by our future daughter in law, we had excellent service from Renae, from the initial enquiry to our flight tickets being sent through, nothing was too much trouble for Renae, we would definitely use this company again, I did speak to Chloe who was also very helpful. Thank you again.

Used for the first time for our last minute holiday to Gran Canaria, Chloe and Katie helped us no end through the whole booking process and was so much easier physically talking to someone than online! Would definitely recommend to anyone and use them again especially as they are a small, local business!
Very impressed.
