Experience It Now Travel Reviews

I booked a cruise for the first time.
As it was my 60th birthday this year I wanted something special to remember it by
Important to make memories.
The staff at Experience Travel now at our Langney shopping centre Branch were very helpful.
Kim paid every attention to detail to ensure there was a smooth transfer from Heathrow to Toronto and Quebec to pick up our cruise ship.
Fabulous Holiday....

Jasmin our travel consultant was brilliant, she listened to what we wanted and gave us suggestions that matched what we had talked about, she gave us time to decide and then booked it for us with complete ease, she kept us updated right up until we travelled. When we came home there was a really lovely postcard on our doormat from her & the company which was a really wonderful touch and surprise, she is an asset to your company and we will definitely use you again.

Fantastic service. Had booked trip pre covid. The team had worked so hard to manage all the postponements, cancellations and rebookings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter who I spoke with, no matter which branch, they were in the know and could help me.
Takes the stress out of pre holiday preparations as they deal with everything.
Cannot recommend more highly. Will always use in the future.
Thank you all for everything you have done to ensure this once in a life time trip for my mum goes smoothly and is enjoyable for her.

We would definitely recommend Experience It Now Travel and we have booked many holidays via Kim who has always been a delight to deal with. It has always been a positive experience even when we have had external influences like flight cancellations etc Kim has managed to sort it and take the stress away. We will not hesitate to use again in the near future 😀 thank you.

i had so many quotes, help ,advice yet none matched experience it now travel, Renae (Eastbourne branch)was fantastic from my 1st email query to my many many more to follow as being a total novice in booking a cruise she helped answer my every question with zero pressure to book. Yet with previous travel quotes i felt it was purely a hurry to lets book now. Then speaking with Renae for the 1st time over the phone her voice matched her lovely emails. For something that worried me to book she made it all so reassuring and easy,i will always book through this company and have been spreading there name all to my friends, Lily

Alison was so helpful and did her best to make sure my holiday went smoothly. I am already rebooking with her again . They’re all so friendly in the agency and it’s a pleasure to buy my holidays from them

Alison's attention to detail and personal servcie was outstanding. Nothing was a problem and made our holiday perfect. Since then we have used her for the last 3 years sourcing, negotiating and planning every holiday. First class. !

We had such a positive experience when booking our holiday with Experience It Now Travel. Kim listened to what we wanted and delivered! We wanted a family resort with plenty of entertainment for the children and this was exactly what Kim found for us. We even requested a top floor room with pool view and Kim managed to organise this.
We would definitely recommend Experience It Now Travel and will be returning for future bookings.

So very happy. We went in to book a mini break for my 40th and we knew roughly what we wanted but had a few questions and concerns. When we walked in we were greeted with a lovely smile which put us at ease. Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful, she contacted the hotel we wanted to stay at and got our concerns answered with ease. It was so easy to do and we will definitely be booking with Kim again in the future. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience, booking our holidays for 2024, our travel Consultant Kim, was superb, she keep us inform at all times, I will recommend Experience It Now Travel at Langney Shops to all my friends and family,

This is an independent travel agency and books holidays on behalf of tour operators . My local branch is in Eastbourne and I have only just discovered them. The staff, especially Julie are friendly and do you a great job of finding the right holiday for the client. I am glad to say I have booked two holidays with them and found the process so easy.
