There was an issue with my Checking…
There was an issue with my Checking Account number that Stella quickly resolved.
In addition, Stella was very professional and polite. I felt as though Stella was genuinely concerned about my situation and was able to resolve the issue quickly
Now if I could only get a decision on my application. I find it hard to believe that this company goes through the entire loan process including checking account verification, ACH payment acknowledgement and actually signing the loan paperwork with payback terms without having made a decision.

Reconsider, before using this company
I filled out a loan application on March 3, it is March 6th, I have spoken to 6 customer service reps, they had me sign the loan and gave me all my schedule payment, first one starts March 20th, never received money, I've been lied to, told I can not speak to a supervisor, completely getting the run around that doesn't include email contacts I've been talking to, when I ask for the people by there names from email I'm told no one with that name works there, this company is very shady, plus they are so high on paying loans back, for a $1000 dollar loan you will be paying back almost $8000 back, buyer beware..... now that I wrpte this review they have sent me a letter now denying my loan, this company is a SCAM......

That process was easy and instant. Ruth was patient and informative and great listener . She was knowledgeable on the steps of the process. I was able yo get the loan deposited early in the day so I could take care of the issues sooner and ahead of schedule. Thank you Ruth!
