Explore Inca Reviews

The service is amazing they are reliable and on time

The arrangements were TOP NOTCH. As I've mentioned before this was our first time leaving all the logistics rest in the hands of professionals and your work didn't disappoint. It was truly a treat to not drive and cover this much territory. We were impressed with all the guides' thorough knowledge, upbeat attitude, punctuality and flexibility. We soon learned that to become a guide in Peru is no easy task and requires several years of study. We felt a real cultural connection with both guides and drivers (who are also specialists in their field) during the commute to the sites, this gave us ample time to talk about their lives, upbringing etc.. They were able to perfectly coordinate the agenda, work in tandem with the driver to effortlessly pick us up and drop us off at all the sites, airports, hotels, train stations, bus stations etc. without a hitch.
This is a vacation that stands out as one of the best we've ever taken. It was the perfect mix of culture, fun and adventure. My 17 year old didn't want to go home, she was thrilled to be there as were we.
Your country is magnificent, so varied and complex. The food is outstanding and the people are remarkable, kind and beautiful. Your itinerary and the activities far exceeded our expectations and I feel that we'd be honored to come back.
While we didn't explore all that Peru has to offer, the bit that we saw impressed us altogether. I hope to one day visit Arequipa, Lake Titicaca, and possibly venture towards Iquitos. Our last week in Los Organos was the perfect cap to our vacation. I now realize that June was a great time to visit as the weather was magnificent all the way around and the tourist crowds perfectly manageable.

Thank you once again for making this trip a reality, your suggestions were so valuable, and all your arrangements were flawless, we hope to secure your services again in the future, be it again in Peru or possibly other Countries like Argentina, Equador etc. which I noticed your websites also covers.

Excellent Service, everything happen according what they told us. As soon we arrive in Peru we did not make anything. Tour guides, transport, hotel, meals.
Everything very good.
Super recommended!!!!

Miluska took our info on what we hoped to see/do, and then crafted an amazing 12 day expedition through Lake Titicaca, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and the Amazon. Every aspect of the trip as well coordinated, with an excellent group of guides and drivers, exciting activities and wonderful cultural experiences. Our faves were Machu Picchu and the Via Ferrata, but everything was better than we had even hoped for. For a well organized, low stress itinerary go with Miluska and Explore Inca!

Explore Inca gave us a fabulous holiday. All arrangements were superb. Very spoiling to have a driver and guide. Fantastic service. We could not recommend them more. And great value compared to other companies

I truly had the best vacation and it’s all thanx to this incredible company! I booked a private tour which included all my transfers, local flights and hotel accommodation. There was a bit of a confusion with one of my excursion tickets, and due to that the company treated me to an all inclusive dinner at Huaca Pucllana! A very special restaurant. This is definitely not necessary but greatly appreciated! Communication was incredible. The tour guides in every location were amazing, the transfers were safe and on time. The Hotel accommodation was very good. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. Los guías explicaron todo y se notaba el conocimiento en ellos asi como la puntualidad y responsabilidad con todos los trayectos. Los recomendaria 100%.

Fantastic trip which was organised to perfection by them. Everything went smoothly with transfers etc and all were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

They arranged every aspect of each segment of our trip with guides greeting us at each location both arriving and departing. Choice of accommodations was first class and tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Planned a 6 day tour of Cusco and Machu Pichu. Overall the trip was excellent. I like that there was someone to guide us from hotel pickup to airport check-in point to point and activity to activity. The guides were all knowledgeable and could speak English well. The hotel selected was very good value for money. The external breakfast/lunch locations are also great with good view, atmosphere and good food. Also the responsiveness to our questions to the tour agency and the guides on itinerary were very fast and prompt. My wife and I had a wonderful trip. The company did a great job.

Trip was carefully organized and impeccably executed. Hotels were great. Drivers professional and careful. Guides knowledgeable, sensitive to client needs, and rewarding. Transfers seamless. All in all a great trip.

1. miluska@exploreinca worked with me on my specific itenary. Adjusting it as per air flights or personal changes. 2. From the pick up at the airport to the drop off on the final day, everything went on time and smoothly - buses, trains, planes, ect. 3. Al the hotels selected were clean and modern.4. Guides were knowledgeable and informative. Many days the members of the group had private guides. 5. Everything was great and intensive.

I’ve been to Peru this august and this is my thank to the travel agency Explore Inca based in Lima. “Hello Miluska, I have to congratulate you because my trip was very well organized, all the land and air connections were always punctual and the guides we had little by little made us becaming passionate about this wonderful country that is Peru, in particular the guide we had in Arequipa Her name is Patricia.
We liked everything about Peru, first of all the people, so kind and friendly, the spectacular nature, the animals, the archaeological sites, the cities, the history. After my honeymoon it was the trip that I liked the most, it is a memory that I will always carry with me. Wishing you all the best, Francesca”

The company is doing everything right! Great Hotels, great guides, great restaurants. Could not be more happy with Explore Inca, Patricia was a delight to work with throughout the entire trip.

What can I say, Miluska went above and beyond from the moment we contact them to even after our return. Always making sure we were completely satisfied. The hotels she booked for us were A1 with great staff members and good breakfast options. The tours and tour guides she booked were outstanding and super helpful. They even recommended us to visit some new restaurants with really great reviews and they did not disappoint. Miluska had a lot of patience to our asks and made changes every single time we requested them. We have no words to thank you and Explore Inca for everything the did for us. We will absolutely use Explore Inca services again on our next trip.

To coordinate a trip with 22 people is a challenge, and Explore Inca did an amazing job. It will be a family event we will never forget. The tour guides were fun and very knowledgeable, the bus was super comfortable, the hotels were great, they had everything we needed. Our teenagers and older nephews were so happy, AVA Hotel made sure they had their own area to enjoy together.
At Ava Christian was a unexpected treasure as he always had a smile and kind word. Moises is the barman and actually that's really not true....he is a mixologist. His knowledge of local products, fruit and drink is top shelf. In addition the water pressure of the showers is amazing (if you travel you will know what I mean)
Thank you Patricia for coordinating and being there for us.

From the moment we arrived at the airport everything was perfectly synchronized and the attention was amazing!
