Originally dealt with Daisy, who showed incredible passion for our property and made us feel comfortable we had made the right choice with Express. James lead on the selling front and was incredibly accommodating to our circumstances and ensured any of our requests were actioned promptly. He made consistent communication touch points, even just to check-in which was a great reassurance.

Faela was very friendly and professional. Gave some good, interesting advise. We will be looking to go ahead and use her services in due course. Only down side was trying to see information on a phone. Wish I had been advised earlier to use a laptop. Communication before the call was good but maybe a day earlier would have been better to be prepared.
