Contacted Springbok after seeing them…
Contacted Springbok after seeing them on Facebook as original sale fell through. So far everyone has been helpful especially Mason who had a sale agreed within 14 days of putting it on the market. Arranged for photos, key safe as property was vacant and viewings without me needing to be present.
Hopefully everything will proceed to a smooth completion in the next few weeks.

From calling to arrange a viewing to having SOLD STC placed on the property this has literally took just over 7 days and I put that down to the speed and professionalism of the sales negotiator James Keating. I was initially unsure about Springbok as I hadn’t heard of them before, but they were absolutely superb. They were very helpful from the start and handled everything quickly once we found a house we liked.
Communication was excellent, especially via email, which is important for me as I am deaf. They were always clear, prompt, and easy to reach.
Our negotiator, Louis Williams, kept us updated every day and responded quickly to any questions. His support made the whole process much smoother.
