They obviously lost my parcel. 1 month in transit from Hungary to Croatia, and they just reply the same message, "here is the tracking number, if it doesn't arrive, contact your local post office". Yeah, but it never arrived to my country.
10 emails already and they keep copying and pasting the same message. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this company by all means.

Unfortunetly there is no minus star.
They have lost my packige, phoned the company 3 times, the answer was: sorry, but.... we don't find.
I had sent mails there was no aswer, so I had send more mails. They have answered after the 15th mail. And still there was 2-3 more week of silence before they said: sorry but we lost it. Then two more weeks before they changed the status of my packige, so I could start the refound process.

Ich bin extrem unzufrieden mit der Leistung der Spedition. Trotz angekündigter Zustellungen wurde mein Paket nie geliefert, und Versuche, den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, scheiterten jedes Mal. Die Unfähigkeit, einfache Lieferaufgaben zu erfüllen und die absolute Nichterreichbarkeit machen den Service dieser Spedition inakzeptabel. Eine solch schlechte Leistung und mangelnde Kundenbetreuung sind nicht hinnehmbar. Dringend notwendige Verbesserungen im Service und in der Kommunikation sind geboten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

I AM AT HOME, THEY DONT CALL
I CHANGED THE DAY ONCE, I CANT CHANGE AGAIN THE DATE FOR SECOND TIME TO CHOOSE PICK UP PINT

I SELECT A PICKUP POINT AND THEY SAID "I CANT BE THERE" WITHOUT GIVING ANY FURTHER OPTIONS

THEY DONT REPLY ANY EMAILS (3) AND ANY CALLS, JUST ONE OUT OF 20 OF 2 DIFFERENT NUMBERS IN 2 DIFFERENT DAYS.

IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE

NO OPTION TO PICK IN ANY INDSTRIAL BUILDING WHERE THEY WORK. NO OPTIONS AND NO CONTACT.

I hate ordering from Shein and aliexpress, because I know this delivery company will bring the goods. They are horrible.
Sending e-mails with times frames 2-3 days and they never show up, the tracking says they did not have the time to deliver the goods. The drivers won't answer the phone or answer to your sms. If they push back the delivery date, next time you're still the 85th adress to delivery, so there is no even logic in their delivery method. Horrible.

This company is a complete disaster. The worst customer experience, their drivers often do not even try to call you or ring the bell, just put in the system that you were not home and your prepaid package couldn't be delivered. There is zero option to complain or get any customer support.

After 2 failed delivery attempts because I was not home, not in the country even (my order came with 2 weeks earlier) they decided to destroy my package based on so called the chinese partner's instruction.
I got in touch with the chinese partner, the shop from where I order the items, and they assured me they don't have such a policy.
All this happend less then a week since Express One courier tried to deliver my goods at home.
Besides that, the communication with the customer support departament was disappointing. They responded to the first email after 3-4 days, during this time I contacted them by phone, so I was told that my package was already returned and to contact the store where I ordered it, which apparently was not true because the package had already been destroyed or destined for destruction, which again I do not consider normal or true.
I am very disappointed with their service and the customer support department, They did not try to help me in any way.

Haven't received my package by their currier!!!!
They don't deliver and they don't care about a customer at all, with one exception, lady at dispatching center in Slovenia named Ajda. She helped me to get my package. Curriers are laying about delivery and writing on info that you are not at home at time of delivery, which is not true. I was waiting at home for the package for 5 days and they didn't came to my address to deliver my package at all. Then I went to pick my package by myself into their package center because I needed that package urgently, and there were 15 men - employs, doing nothing, drinking coffee and eating cruasanes and acting like everything is great. Shame of them and shame of Express one. Worse options ever and I hope I will never get any package from them again. They should be shut down immediately.

Please be careful with google reviews, if you go into details you'll notice something is wrong :

1) If you looking yourself for a delivering company, please avoid this one at any cost
2) If you are ordering online and you notice this company is chosen, please contact your seller to choose another one

This company is beyond unprofessional, they don't care if you have the right adress, your name is on the door and even if you're home. If the delivery man is late, he won't even stop and ring ( I noticed it ) and just mark you as absent. You got 2 chances, even if you call or visit them in their warehouse, if you miss the 2 chances, they will send back the package. Of course no explanations, no chance to work our a solution due to their unprofessionalism.
To be specific, after the first fail, I called their offices, giving them again all informations needed, asking them if I could visit their warehouse to get the package myself, no need the delivery guy will come tommorow for sure, the day after no ring just a single mail, delivery failed, package sent back to sender.
Nothing I can do, waste of time, of money.

Please avoid this company at any cost !!!

I would give 0 star if it would be possible. The worst carrier company ever. The courier doesn't come in the projected timeframe, doesn't call, doesn't answer to the calls. They returned my prepaid package automatically, withouth even trying to deliver it. The customer service doesn't help either, I just can complain if I want, but nothing else. The helpfullness or solution seeking are unkown expressions for this company.

The delivery man showed up today after delaying the delivery date 3 times. I had to run to catch up to him since he was so quick at calling me and drove away before I could get to the door. He tried to find me my package but the package was no where to be found lol. It probably got lost a while ago. Told me to call the customer service or something. Do not waste your time with Expressone.

I wolud give 0 star, 'cause this is the sh..test delivery company ever! They do not deliver your parcel! I was checking the track records and they just stopped, saying that the adressee was not at the address! Holy s..t, I was sitting in the window all day to wait for the f..kin' delivery guy!! Dear Express One, shut your f..kin business, it does'nt worth a penny...

Said that the delivery failed because I was not at home when I was at home the whole day. Didn't even ring my doorbell if they actually were in front of my house. Also no information what I should do now or where I can get my parcel. Just said that it failed with a Hungarian number to call where no one picks up.

They do not have a warehouse. They attempted to deliver twice (during the day). I was not home and could not take calls. So the package was sent back to *China*. Ideally they would, like every other delivery service in every other country, give me a location where I can collect it myself.

A parcel was supposed to be delivered, which I never received. The courier claims he dropped it in the mailbox, despite I was at the delivery address at the time of delivery. The parcel contains items bigger than the mailbox, so this is a physics Nobel prize level achievement. Phone assistance suggested to contact their damage management department. Said department does not answer email or phone call.

Avoid ExpressOne if you can!

My multiple experiences with this company can be rated as one star or less. Completely unreliable, unhelpful customer service, each time I ordered with them, the courier said I wasn’t home even though I was at home all day waiting for him (and paid extra for home delivery). I worked with multiple delivery companies this one is the worst I’ve ever came across.

They didn't even try to deliver the package and now they say I have to pick it up now.... I wouldn't recommend them.

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. A package I ordered got lost or stolen-still don't know what happened to this day. On various occasions they didn't even deliver the package and decided to send it back to the sender. And if you complain in writing they just send you back a standard "I forwarded your complaint...." e-mail and then you'll never hear from them.

Express One is a surprisingly horrible delivery company in times of really reliable service. They will not deliver the product to you: instead, they state on the e-tracking sheet that you could not be contacted. Also, you can never reach the delivery person through the number the company gave you. You can change the date of the delivery but not the slot. No one will contact you if there is a delay so you might get a message on the next day that your delivery has been rescheduled. This goes on for weeks. Finally, both customer service and complaints have no clue what is happening, and they will not follow up on your issue proactively. Everything that can go wrong with a delivery, it will.
