Eztoned, After 6 month I still waiting the producte....

It's a scam! Do not shop. Took money, never got the product.

Absolutely horrible company.. No customer service, not able to communicate at all and getting nothing even suggesting there could be a delay of my very expensive product.
STAY AWAY from this company at all cost..

I think they are basically bankrupt. Had an issue and they won’t respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Product broke and now I am stuck. Will need to buy a competitors product.

After ordering the item and them taking my money, didnt receive the item for weeks. Decided to request a refund, they didnt respond to any emails so I went through my bank and got a charge back. About a month later they tried to retake the money I'd got back via the bank. Do not use these cowboys, they are thieves and scammers, stay away.

I bought the EzBar V2 in March 2023 and still haven't received anything! After an email with customer service, I was told that the orders have a delay of 5 to 12 weeks, these are long passed and I still haven't received anything..... They are also no longer responding to all emails I have sent about some more information or a refund.

Ich habe das Produkt "EzBar V2 Home Workout System" und "+100LBS POWER UP" bestellt. Ich habe direkt mit PayPal bezahlt, was vielleicht auch mein Glück war. Ich habe eine Email für die Bestätigung der Bestellung erhalten und eine Email für die kostenlose Testphase für das eztoned TV ("30-Day EzToned TV Subscription").

Danach hab ich nie wieder was von eztoned gehört! Ich habe einmal kurz vor Ablauf der Lieferfrist eine Email an eztoned geschickt, wo ich nach dem Bestellstatus frage. Dann habe ich nach einer Wartezeit nochmal geschrieben, jedoch habe ich nie eine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Jetzt habe ich über PayPal einen Konflikt gemeldet und noch einmal eztoned 2mal geschrieben, jedoch wieder keine Info erhalten. Danach hat PayPal sich eingeschaltet und nach einer ca. 2 Wochen Frist mir mein Geld wieder zurück überwiesen. Ich vermute das selbst PayPal keine Rückmeldung erhalten hat.

Bei der "30-Day EzToned TV Subscription" wird ein Account erstellt, welcher sich automatisch verlängert und man direkt ein kostenpflichtiges Abo hat, welches ca. 6,99$/Monat kostet. Deshalb unbedingt sofort kündigen. Ich habe den Account nicht einmal benutzt, weil ich ja das Produkt ja eh noch nicht hatte und deshalb erst kurz vor der kostenpflichtigen Verlängerung es gesehen und noch rechtzeitig gekündigt. Ich habe im Spam Ordner zufällig eine Hinweis Email gesehen, über die Verlängerung.

Fazit:
Mir wurde ein Produkt verkauft, welches nie geliefert worden ist und man auch nie geantwortet hat. Des Weiteren wurde versucht mir ein kostenpflichtige Abo zu hinterlegen.

This is a scam i purchased EzBar V2 Home Workout System months ago my money has been taken but never got my product, emailed got one response telling me products have a delay of 5 - 12 weeks shipping time, i emailed back after 12 weeks more than once but never got a response it has been several months after the 12 week wait and still nothing, do not give these people your money!! stay away!

This company robbed me. I placed an order in March 2023 and it is August 2023 - still no item delivered and they won't respond to messenger or emails. They stole $249 from me. Buyer beware. I'm on a mission to give them bad reviews wherever I can find a place to do so until they refund my money.

After ordering the EZBar V2 nearly a month ago, the company has since failed to deliver and doesn't respond to any communications.

Commande passée fin Mai, aucun retour concernant l'expédition du produit. 3 relances restée sans réponse.
Si je n'avais pas utilisé mon compte PayPal, je n'aurai jamais été remboursé. Je ne sais pas ce qu'il se passe, mais je déconseille vivement de considérer l'offre eztoned. Il y a des alternatives moins chères et plus sûres.

This is a scam company that has cheated me of my hard earned $1000 on their ezblock dumbbell set. If you have any morals and integrity, do the right thing and refund me my money. It has been a year since I made the purchase and despite multiple chasers, still no refund.

I ordered the EZ Bar V2 and never received the product. They haven’t responded to a single email I have sent. Is seems that the company is going out of business and are hesitant to issue any refunds. Do not buy.

I made a purchase for the "EzBlock Home Gym System" for 6.834 nok (approximately 640 us dollars). I made this purchase in June 2022.

After waiting for 7 weeks I reached out to their customer support team on email. Where I was told that "the EzBlock starts shipping in August :)". Going back to their website I could not find this information. I also found it strange that on the confirmation email for my purchase it said "3-14 business days".

21. November 2022 I reach out again to their support team on email asking when my order will be shipped. It had then been several months since i made the purchase. They responded that there had been "logistical delays" and that they couldn't give me an exact timeline for when my item would be ready to ship..

I immediately asked for a full refund. This is their response which I received 21.11.2022: "We have sent your refund request for processing, should take around 7-20 business days for approval, should be initiated soon after that. 😊".

I did not receive any refund after the email from customer support. I wait until January 2023 where I send them another email to ask when I would get the refund. They responded giving numerous reasons as to why I had not received it. However they did not mention when I would get it.

I sent them another email in April 2023, asking where my money is. However they have given me no response.

It is now June 2023. A full year after i made a purchase from their website. I have neither received any product or refund.

Stay away from this company and take your money somewhere else. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Edit: Funny how they stop responding to emails, but they sure are quick to delete negative comments on yt, insta and facebook

I wish I saw the reviews prior to purchasing from this merchant. I placed my order in mid April with a 8 working day delivery time frame. I received no tracking information and when I contacted Eztoned they responded (after three days and a follow up email) saying delivery was going to take another 5-12 weeks! I immediately responded requesting a refund and never heard back. I sent a second email and never heard back, this was over a month ago! I have had to resort to opening a dispute case with my bank to get my money back. Absolute scam, avoid like the plague!

Edit 5th August: Got a refund issued by my bank. If you are still awaiting a refund, don't hold your breath and go straight to the bank!

Have been waiting since 2nd of May for my order. I wrote to the company an email the 10th when I can expect my order, got a reply 5 days later that it is between 5-18 weeks. I asked for refund the same day and since that no ANSWER! Even the track link at their website don't work anymore! Don't recommend this fraud company!!!

Cela fait un an que j'ai commandé un produit chez eux, qui n'est jamais arrivé.

J'ai ensuite demandé un remboursement de ma commande en janvier, sans jamais recevoir ni argent, ni nouvelles de leur part depuis.
