Very well packaged, very strong and sturdy equipment. Don’t need a gym at all any more if you want to tone up and build some muscle.

Like many other reviews i ordered a ezbar V2 on 28 november with order number #EZUK4061 and they didn't even shipped the order after more than 20 days when they promise on their website to ship their orders in max 48-72 hours, the only information i received from the support is that:

THE ANSWER IS THE SAME THAT THEY COPY AND PASTE FOR MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS AS YOU CAN SEE IN MANY OTHER REVIEWS, be aware of this company. I'm going to report they to all competent authorities cause they istantly take the money from your card when you order your items even if they don't ship them and as you will see on many reviews receiveng a refund is nearly impossible.

UPDATE 26/01/23: Seems that my account has been deleted on the Eztoned website, i wrote to the support mail for some clarification but i don't get any answer from them from 1 week.

UPDATE 14/03/23: they still didn't shipped any item, my account on Eztoned website still seems deleted, they don't answers to my mails from 1 month.

UPDATE 11/04/23: still no answer to my mails from more than 2 months and i still can't access to my account, still no tracking number and still no item was shipped, this company is a fraud they stolen me 200€.

UPDATE 31/05/23: still no answer to my mails, at this point i think they just stolen my money.

UPDATE 17/08/23: I finally received my product without getting any information on the shipment or everything by the support, they still don't answer to my mails after 6 months. I will update again the review after a first try of the product.

UPDATE 19/10/23: After some tests i can say that the product is really good, but it isn't worth the wait. I received it after 9 moths, i suggest to buy a similar product from the competitors online if you need it.

UPDATE 18/01/24: i put again 1 star cause the bar has bent, it is broken now and i can't use it, after only few months of use and
i've seen some other reviews reporting the same problem. Poor quality product, buy the same product from other companies for better price,quality, shipment times and customer support.

Update 26/01/24: the problem with the bar forced me to buy the same product from another company, so i bought the Smartworkout Elite Bar from the Smartworkout website, i received it in 3 days and the quality of the product is 100 times better (i waited 1 year to receive the Ezbar from Eztoned). The price is better, the bar is ticker and the bands offer a better resistance too. Don't make my mistake and avoid Eztoned, buy from any other company the same product.

I ordered my items EZskip and EZblock in august. After months of waiting (supporting) and sending mails I decided to ask for a refund. First they didn't respond I think bacause they are busy. I can imagine all the mails they are getting. After I send a mail weeks after. They responed within 15 minutes. They Kindly issued a refund but it might take 7 to 20 business days. hope they issue it soon. I'm sorry to ask for a refund. I know you guys probably have alot on your mind. When I get my refund I will update this post.

Update: I contacted them after 20 days. Asked about the refund. I received a mail explaining why the refund takes so long. But still no refund... or any attemts to

Update: Again after 2 mails no reply and no refund. If no refund soon then these people stole my money. That is illegal.

Update 2: still no repy or anty contact whatsoever. Its been almost a year. Ive ordered a set of ezblocks on august 15.

about three months has passed since the payment but now the items has arrived (but not all). good training system, very good quality items. Great job eztoned.

After 4 months, hadn't recieved product, after 2 months hadn't recieved a refund.

I ended up having to buy resistance bands from another, better company.

At this point, EZToned still refuses to give me my refund, even though I have asked for it more than 4 times.

I placed an order on 11/27/2022. Much like many other reviews i have read since my order, no product has been delivered. I have sent several emails to the support address and no response yet. Not even sure how to get a refund at this point but the BBB is being notified. for sure. Scam company or at least one i wouldn't trust again !

EZBAR ARRIVED!

I ordered the EZBar V1 on the 3rd of November and I have never received a shipping email. I have emailed EZToned and they claim "logistical issues" are the issue. I have requested a full refund and have been asked to wait 7-20 business days for the refund to be approved and then I must wait some more for the refund to be sent... I will keep this updated if the refund actually arrives...

Update:
No refund was ever sent. However, they sent me an email about 3 weeks after asking for a refund saying that the EZBar was back in stock and did I want to take the product instead. I said I would prefer the EZBar and it arrived about 2 weeks later (Mid January)! The quality is actually quite good and I'm looking forward to using it more. However, the company needs to communicate a lot more with its customers... having late shipping is acceptable if the customer is fully informed before purchasing or if the company sends its apologies after purchase but is clear on what the problem is, otherwise the customer will feels like they've just fallen prey to an online scam. Basically, communication is paramount and EZtoned really needs to work on this. Otherwise, the product seems great and I'm looking forward to using it!

Ordered the EZ Bar workout system which said it would be delivered within 5 days. 20 days later, there was no product. Gave me the same excuse that other reviews have reported. I asked for a refund and am still waiting for this 6 weeks later. DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE. They have tried to remove this comment. I have sent Trust pilot proof meaning that my review will soon be verified and marked accordingly. I've also notified the bank fraud department who will be investigating unicorn wave limited whom they operate under. Also please be aware that on ordering you are automatically signed up for a direct debit monthly payment that you must cancel and they do not inform you about. If you've ever ordered from them CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT SUBSCRIPTION.

No delivery, no refund

I am disappointed with EZ toned. At first they responded rather quickly in a positive tone. When there was delay on delay on delay they asked me how to proceed and at one point in oktober 2022 I told them per mail that I wanted a refund and since then I haven't received any communications from them. A 5th reminder didn't do anything at all.

Addition:

Finally I did get a refund, but was blatantly asked to remove or change this comment. I am happy I finally received my money back, but still feel that they should have returned my emails not just after I gave this review on Trustpilot. Also it took them super long to arrange the refund.

On the 17th October 2022 I ordered the EzBar V2 Home Workout System - 1x Single Pack'' £199.00. plus an extra 100lb band at £39.00. Initially, I admit I accidentally quoted a partially incorrect order number, but once Eztoned recognised this, they gave me the appropriate tracking number - details of which did say the order was in transit. However, tracking via my account gave a different story. The main order was cancelled due to a missing shipment bar code. Highlighting this with Eztoned customer services, It was sorted promptly, saying it was a logistics error. I received the rest of my order the next day. Eztoned were not at fault and once they understood there was an obvious highlighted situation the problem was resolved quickly. Very pleased with the Eztoned service and what is an excellent product. I have only awarded four stars because of the courier problem which has no reflection on Eztoned. Thanks.

I am terribly disappointed with EZtoned customer service and for the lack of authentication to their service. I placed my order in the 21st Sept 2022 and since they are out of stock, I’ve immediately requested for a refund and they’re taking no responsibility to process my refund for over a month and this is just a shocking result to how they advertised about their product on the internet and their promise to provide a 30 days money back guarantee? In my case, the product never left their warehouse and they are not able to process my refund in time…Be careful out there guys, internet companies aren’t the safest to deal with and after this terrible experience, I’m never trusting a company like Eztoned :(

Okay, the product arrived Oct 28, 2022, packaging was good overall quality is good also. I did a chest and shoulder workout following some Youtube videos and had decent burn after working out only problem I can foresee is the need to increase resistance weight would be nice to increase it to 300lbs+? Overall I am happy with the quality of the product shipping isn't the greatest delivery time-wise. Updated from 3 starts to 4 they lost 1 star due to the time it took to receive the product.

Update! I received an email this morning that my order has been shipped from Heerlen Netherlands. I live in Canada hopefully doesn't take too long to arrive, I'm happy the product is on the way. Will do a product update once I get a chance to use it. I increased the number of stars from 1 to 3.

I can't rate the Ez Toned exercise system because I have no product to rate. I made a purchased on Aug 24 and still haven't received anything. I did reach out to support, and they told me that, like some of the other 1-star reviews, the warehouse is out of stock. I will wait another week before I cancel my order if no update is given. If I do get the chance to use their product I will update this review fingers are crossed I get the product soon.

Had a problem with one of their products and they kindly and quickly replaced it at no charge.
Excellent custmer care service.

Can't really give any stars as I've been waiting almost a month for this product. What reminded me that even purchased it was the email I received from them informing me that my free trial to the training videos was about to end and I would be charged whatever amount per month to continue. Why did my trial month even start before receiving the product. I never started the month. I only logged in to cancel the upcoming subscription. If it weren't for the other reviews, I would swear I'd been scammed.

Update: After reaching out to EZtone through email, it was explained that there was a logistics error with my package and it had been fixed. I received my package on 9/24. I haven't used it yet, but I'm glad its here. Although I still feel someone from eztone should have reached out to me beforehand, our email communications were very pleasant.

I had my doubts to begin with but at 62 I've been keen to ease myself back into an exercise routine. It was only a short period of time before I was increasing the resistance. Looking forward to the next stage. Love it.

That's the great workout who wants to have gym exercise at home and great item.

While the overall quality of the products looks great, I still managed to break one of the elastic bands. I contacted the support team and they shipped a new kit in no time!
