J'ai commandé une ezbar v2 avec une addition de 100 Lbs, pour un total de 290,5 euros le 26 janvier 2023.

Pendant 4 mois, malgré de nombreuses relances, je n'ai eu que courtes deux réponses me disant d'attendre plus longtemps. Depuis un mois il n'y a plus aucune réponse à mes demandes d'un remboursement.

Cette entreprise n'est pas en mesure d'honorer ses engagements, récupère rapidement l'argent de la commande, n'envoie pas les produits achetés, ne répond pas aux demandes de remboursement. C'est une escroquerie. Je me suis fait avoir. Ne faites pas la même erreur que moi.

I ordered an ezbar v2 with an addition of 100 Lbs, for a total of 290.5 euros on January 26, 2023.

For 4 months, despite numerous reminders, I only got two short replies telling me to wait longer. For the past month there has been no response to my requests for a refund.

This company is unable to honor its commitments, recovers quickly the money from the order, does not send the products purchased, does not respond to requests for refunds. It's a scam. I've been ripped off. Don't make the same mistake I did.

My son paid for some gym equipment on 20 January, it is now May and no goods and no communication. Nobody will respond to our emails. My son saved up on minimum wage to buy the advertised equipment which cost over $300, hence he is very upset. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I have contacted Fair Go.

I orderded the adjustable dumbells in Sept 2022 and despite at least 15 calls and emails, I have received nothing other then 2 excuse emails from support. No delivery, no refund… this is criminal! They simply stole my money as far as I am concerned.

Sadly they were probably a decent company once. However I have been waiting 3 months for a refund since I placed my dumbbell order 6 months ago at this point. Same excuses, supply chain then management and supply chain issues. They have stopped replying to my emails.

After two months of waiting, getting only two replies out on five inquiries, without any answer on when I will receive my order, I still have not received my order. The website at this moment is still claiming that "Your cart is reserved", if I add the same stuff that I've ordered. With not having the stuff in stock this is just baiting customers by implying, nasty!

Every time I ask for an update on my order the estimated time goes up. First they tell me 2-5 weeks and now it's 8-12. Seriously don't give this company your money buy a bowflex or gym membership

Still no product, update, or response
It's been 17 weeks since I've ordered from this company and still nothing. If you're thinking about buying from them I highly highly highly recommend you to not to. If you have purchased this I recommend you to join me in calling the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC.

This business needs to be shut down or bought out this is unacceptable.

This company looks like a fraud company. Its been 5 weeks I ordered and there is no signs of postage. i ask for a refund or a update but now they stopped replying. Please seriously don't buy. I am going to complaint to Australian business network. i should have given 0 rating but there is no option.

Beware of these fraudulent Everything is OK reviews!! This company is under investigation for multiple incidents of fraud!!! They are very very tricky scammers and thieves.

Ich habe am 22.6.2022 EzBlock Home Gym System und EzSkip - Weighted Jump Rope System Bestellt angegebene Lieferzeit 10 Wochen ich Habe am 2. Januar.2023 meine Bestellung zurückerstattet, weil mir immer noch nicht gesagt wurde wann ich meine Ware bekomme und warte seit dem auf eine Rückerstattung.

Meine persönliche Erfahrung ist kauft dort bloß nicht ein man hat nur ärger und wer weiß ob die Ware ankommt beziehungsweise ob man sein Geld überhaupt zurück bekommt.

So eine Unangenehme Erfahrung hier Einzukaufen

Geld ist immer noch nicht da ich warte alleine auf das Geld schon 3 Monate.

Ich versteh nicht wie man so mit seinen Kunden umgehen kann.

Bleibt dem unternehmen lieber Fern wenn ihr keine Probleme wollt.

I have ordered te EZ weighted rope last year in August.
I am still waiting for my order. Every time I try to contact them they are providng a lame excuse regarding production failures. I have waited for six months before canceling my order and claiming my money back. And I have been waiting for two months now, still no refund. As it is very important for them to get feedback and opinions, well here is mine:
I have been very patient with you guys. And it is true, you are reacting on every mail I have written, but if the answer is the same but written differently and no other action is taking then you fail as a company ! Every answer is based an another lie, and I recommend everyone not to purchase anything from EZtoned.

Not refunding for 2 months now!
Placed an order on 9th December, no communication untill 21st Dec, on the website is still showed "processing" or similar. As it was Christmas present, asked for refund. Got an email back saying:
Thanks for reaching out. Our apologies for the delay.
We have sent your refund request for processing, should take around 7-20 business days for approval, should be initiated soon after that.

Contacted twice more since, was told that refund process is delayed. My last email was absolutely ignored, so not sure at all if I get my money back!

Horrible company, AVOID!

So I brought their resistance bands around a year ago which have been fantastic. Sometime around last summer time I saw they were advertising this new set of dumbells which I instantly gained an interest with.

Months passed and there was no sign of it being delivered at all, I messaged them only to be told that there are logistical problems due to management changes.

I was offered a full refund which I accepted, however, no refund has been processed. Their response to this was 'Cash Flow Issues'. It has been 5 months since requesting a refund, still nothing. 700 pounds gone down the drain it seems. Avoid at all costs.

I would advise that you go through your credit card company or bank to try and get your money back, the more this company is registered as fraudulent, the less sales they will recieve.

Purchased EzBar home workout system & HIIT single bands on 31st Oct 2022 for $463.99
It is 12th Feb 2023, and I still have not received my order or the refund I have requested multiple times.
To say this is poor customer service is an understatement.
I do not recommend EzToned to anyone, and I will take this further until I receive a refund!

Everything I have ordered has arrived in good condition. Sometimes a little late, but always notified.

Had a problem, reached out to support and got an answer the next day.

Product is great as well.

Very easy to use and convenient, I would definitely recommend it.

I would advise against purchasing from this company. Unfortunately, despite paying in full, my product is over 2 months late and has yet to arrive.

Customer service has no explanation for why it has taken this long other than stating it is due to chain supply issues. And when I requested a refund, they claimed it would not be immediate due to money issues as well.

When I try to log into my account, the site seems to have lost my information because it no longer recognizes my email and when I try to reset my password it claims my account has its access blocked.

Honestly, it all feels very shady. Which is very unfortunate. I was hoping to make good use of this product, but it seems the company is not on the up and up.

I would advise against buying from them.

Just did my first workout with eztoned v2. Did a bicep,back shoulder workout so far I love the product and versatility with the strap x system. I prefer to workout at home instead of gym. This product is perfect for me and has plenty of resistance. Be in market for you dumbbells next so far amazing product

I ordered the full kit £200 before Christmas 2022 and was really looking forward to getting in shape and this product looked to good to miss out on..... but then I was left hanging with no product to work out with and no refund.

I haven't received the item and still waiting for refund, after receiving replies to my emails from the support team I was told they would send it and at that time their were difficulties with delivery so I thought it's cool I'll wait. After waiting for the item I got tired of waiting so I asked for a refund, I was told that would happen in 20 days. Now it's management change that's stopping my refund, I'm sure my £200 is small to them but to me it's a lot I need that money back. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

While I had long delays after I placed my order, the company were open and very honest about the situation.

My parcel arrived last week, and I LOVE IT!

The quality is fantastic, the ease of use just as good. I'm still feeling my way around for exercises, but I can say, what I have done has felt absolutely brilliant.

Stoked I went through with the order, even when a refund was offered.

If you want a good home / portable workout option ... look no further than EzToned ... seriously good stuff!!!

There was a considerable delay in the shipping process but in the end the product made it to my door in great condition. My advice to anyone else who sees a negative review about receiving the EZTone should seriously disregard it. Supply chain is still a problem and this company was caught up in that process. All good.
