Love the program, love the automation of communications that go out especially when flat out and have not been able to do all calls. Payments have been coming in on time more regular basis without follow up. Absolutely love the pre reminder email this has increased the amount of customers who are paying when they receive this so the accounts are paid a few days early instead of a few days late.

Our company has been using Ezycollect for almost 2 years now and over that time Ezycollect has really reduced our overdue debtors list. We have hundreds of customers so Ezycollect has been great at automating and systemically following any overdue customers.
The Ezycollect staff have been very helpful and quick to respond to any technical issues and we also like that Ezycollect is user friendly and that the correspondence with our customers can be customised.

Great software that was seamless to setup and helped us automate and rapidly recover outstanding debts. The features around attaching links to outstanding invoices when sending statements or notifications for outstanding payments are great features.

I have watched this product grow over the last 8 or so years. I was once "I do not need help to collect my debtors", however with the improvements and the automation now in this program I have now become a user in our 2 companies. I cant recommend this highly enough and would like to congratulate AJ and the whole Ezycollect team on an amazing job creating this product. I truly believe this is an invaluable tool for any business who offer credit.

Ezy Collect is an easy no fuss software from which great results are gained.

I have been using ezycollect for awhile now and have noticed a much better payment rate from customers, it is really good for cleaning up the small amounts, I did find it difficult to setup but I am not very technical, now that the setup is done it is alot easier to use.

I have been using EzyCollect for about 4 years now and I find it to be a wonderful tool to facilitate collecting debts. The system is working so well that what previously took almost a day a week is now down to half a day and sometimes I even skip a week and have no pain the next week. My aged debtors trial balance looks so much better than it did before we used EzyCollect. Cash Flow is much improved is a great result.

ezyCollect makes collecting a breeze. This product is almost like an alter ego of us where it takes care of our debtors in the background while we get on with our other tasks.

It also offers several payment options which allows flexibility and creates a pathway of communication with our clients to maintain good relationships!

Chasing accounts is not fun and very time consuming :(
Using Ezycollect has increased payments made and reduced the amount of time I have to spend on chasing accounts!
Highly recommend especially for small outfits, start ups and people multitasking trying to get it all done!
Super easy to set up especially with all the help the support people give. I was worried about the first few weeks that my customers would get annoyed during the set up but it was fine as it made both myself and the accounts depts of customers sort out and through any small issues until missing and unpaid invoices were paid!

if anyone is serious about collecting their hard earned cash, this is the system to use!
