Ezycollect is so easy to use and makes the job so much easier. Definitely recommend it.

The perfect debt collecting tool for all businesses, large and small. EzyCollect satisfies all the jobs of a debt collector and more to a very high standard. After the automatic email alert we always have debtors replying with payment dates - this is most often the same day they receive the email.

Awesome for management reporting - we export the report at least once a month, this keeps track of everything we need to know for accounts receivable. EzyCollect doesn't overlook a single debtor, this is very assuring and gives us a reliable system to work off.

Requires very little maintenance, easy to use. If ever we have the slightest issue, the live chat swiftly puts us in touch with the friendly experts at ezyCollect.

EzyCollect has made our account collections process easier and more efficient, resulting in customers paying on time and no more chasing overdue debts. User friendly program with many useful features and great support staff also.

EzyCollect has allowed us to expand our business, and continue to manage our cash collections and debtors without the need for additional staff. The twice daily integration with EXO allows for seamless debtor management. In addition, our firm has benefited from the discipline of the structured debtor management tools embedded within EzyCollect. We have been using the software since January 2018, and I thoroughly recommend this product and company.
PS. The system implementation went off without a hitch, and there have been no issues all year!

Thanks ezyCollect - This program has greatly helped our debtor processes, ensuring reminders are being sent accurately and on time. It takes a lot of the stress and hassle away! We had 2 staff members looking after debt recovery previously, but since installing ezyCollect, we only need one.

There are a couple of features that we have had some issues with so have turned them off, but we're working through them and will reactivate once they have been resolved.

Great Debt collection solution that syncs it's data from our MYOB AR Live file. We find it keeps our bills in the front of our customers mind so we get paid on time.

The program made debt collection very easy, automated process make looking after a large debtor book simplified and easy to monitor.

I use this in my own accounting practice and also recommend it to clients. I like that you keep notes on every debt, so a complete history of that debt or client.

Majority of the debt collection is done by the help of Ezycollect email reminders and if there is anything left after that the call to be made summary completes it all bringing the debt collection to 100%.

All the issues which are raised are resolved very quickly by the team so 10 on 10 on the customer service.

I would highly recommend this for all the companies.

EzyCollect has helped manage our debtors with minimal effort. The simple automated reminders and online payment facility have made a huge difference in our overdue accounts. Some customers still need a call however it's much less than before using ezyCollect which gives me time to focus on the rest of my job!
