Great product. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Even though our accs rec department was very strict before hand and it hasn't necessarily bough down our debtor days, it is very structured, easy to use and you can ditch all your spreadsheets. It tells you what calls to make, when and is extremely customisable which is great for a team and multiple people trying to see acc rec. Anyone we have ever spoke to has always been helpful. Would be extremely beneficial to someone who has a need for improvement in acc rec. 5 stars.

The automated invoicing is working really well.

EzyCollect is a fantastic program for managing debtors. Whilst its feedback and process are great, unlike many others it allows you flexibility to personalise or pause communication to certain debtors and that is a key attribute when managing relationships.

Great product and service. Using this in our practice for our debtor management has help our cashflow whilst keeping our debtors in control. It extends easy payment options that allows our customer the ease of payment. I highly recommend EzyCollect.

EzyCollect is a must have product for anyone looking to automate their debtor management process, cut down on time consuming manual follow up tasks and make it easier for customers to pay you all while having great visibility of your receivables health.

Great add-in for Xero with fantastic debtor management. Makes managing hundreds of debtors WAY easier with immediate cashflow benefits, and nice feeling of having good control of our debtors. Keeps you on your toes with daily call lists for problem debtors.

Integrates well with Integrapay online payments with a much slicker, nicer user interface (cheaper too). Email templates are very customise-able. Clients can download or open multiple attached invoices with reminder emails which is great. They can also pick and choose which invoices to pay.

Cons:
Would be nice if you could choose a different colour "Pay now" button to suit our corporate colour scheme.Bright orange tends to clash!

Works well. Makes money collecting very efficient.

As we grew our client base Ezycollect's software solution was the answer we were looking for to make sure we were always on top of our finances and kept client arrears to a minimum.

Great service, ease of tracking of receivables, and great extra services to follow up.

All I can say about this software is that it's just pure genius in how it tackles the pain points of accounts receivable! The hours previously spent calling customers and having pointless discussions about payment are now pretty much in the past.

Intelligent automated software that collects money for us while we concentrate on growing the business is worth every cent!

Excellent - no reservations. I would recommend ezyCollect to any business.
It was hard for me to understand why I needed this because Xero already has reminders built in and I was using that. However when I was on trial using ezyCollect, my customers told me that this was easier for them and the result was that they paid me sooner and I now don’t have as many account related questions to answer. It’s well worth the investment.

I had reservations in the beginning, wondering if this was a good return of investment, but have to say this has been well worth it.

ezyCollect has been amazing but there have been a few issues that would be great to improve, e.g.
* ability to attach PDFs to new invoices
* ability to customise comms plan for each customer
* stop issues such as new invoices not reaching destination, or ending up in junk mail (not sure you can do anything about this though?)
If I think of other things I'll let you know. I would highly, highly recommend this product to others, it's made a huge difference to our collections day to day, especially reaching a larger portion of our client base with regular communication.
Helpdesk and customer service is excellent, always get back to me quick and do best to solve problem.
Don't want to be negative but just a few thoughts to help make it even better!

Great system, easy to use

This has made my work a whole heap easier. My clients are great at paying their bills but their clients not so. This is where ezyCollect has save me so much time.

There are still some stubborn customers that you need to do a customised manual reminder too but this is so easy to do in ezyCollect. As a Bookkeeper/BAS Agent it saves me so much time following up my clients' clients therefore saving them money. The payment collection features are great too. So easy to set up and easy to use.

Helped me recover heaps of unpaid invoices very quickly. Highly recommend

Love the product! Gives our team a clear picture of overdue invoices and sends it for debt collection with a click of a button. The software also sends a daily alert when an invoice is past certain days. Thank you EzyCollect.
