The only difficulty I had was to go back to order more of the same product with different personalization. It kicked me out a couple of times. I'm hoping the finished product will be as nice as advertised as I thought this was a perfect gift

Item easy to customize and “preview” let me make sure I had done it right.

So dissapointed material is not cotton nor is it warm. It's polyester. Shirt is way to big despite following sizing guide. Cannot be worn as is put it on and I was laughed at. DO NOT RECCOMEND

I have two grandsons that love playing baseball. They have been doing this for about 4 to 7 years. I thought it would be a great gift for the Christmas tree. Hopefully it will arrive soon and I'm getting stuff ready for the Christmas holidays. I will be ordering another one for the other grandson but just couldn't do both right now due to the money. Thank you.

I was really skeptic about purchasing from this company since the items were coming from China and a lot of reviews for companies like this are fake. I purchased this ornament and 2 others, and they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They are 3x3, so smaller than I would have liked but is the size they stated, and the detail is just as it shows. It took 15 days from the beginning of the order to the delivery but I received updates from this company during the whole process. I will definitely be using them again !!!

Ordering was easy! I selected the color, added his name and number. Checkout went smoothly! Can’t wait to see the finished ornament! It’s for my grandson!

There is no where to include a note to recipient. Especially if it’s a gift and they don’t know the gift is coming .

Very unhappy with the wrinkled condition that my poster came in. Hopefully I will be able to salvage it.

After more than two weeks of waiting for my order to arrive from China, I was notified by tracking that it was out for delivery. Hours later tracking indicated that my package was returned to sender due to incorrect address and inability to find on google maps. The address on my order was actually correct.

Days later Facamart notified me that they could resend my package, but it would take at least another two weeks. I requested a refund which was later granted. My money for the product was returned but Facamart retained the shipping fee for the product I never received due to their error. This is wrong for them to keep that fee.

I strongly recommend that you avoid doing business with this inept company.

I ordered an ornament made of birds with a bird for each family member. There should have been 4 boxes with 5 birds on each ornament. What I received was 2 boxes with 4 mom and dad birds, 4 strings and 4 pieces of chain. How that adds up to 4 ornaments with 5 birds per ornament, I don't know. Perhaps your Chinese math works. Nevertheless, it is NOT worth $85.

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order, still have not received it nor any information as to when it will arrive. When I ordered the sweatshirt I received a lot of emails; confirmation, working on the order, arriving soon. Where is it. When I track it there is no information. Very disappointed
