Well, first off my package had the wrong address on that I sent to a relative and did reroute back to me however I did not pick up the package at the post office in due time. It was sent back to the company. I was completely kept in the the loop as to what was happening with my package which I am so happy about. Then I got an email saying if I wanted it sent back to the original address I just had to pay the delivery note. Of course I paid the delivery note which I was very happy about. So now my package is on its way back to my relative with the correct address.The fact that I knew where my package was at all times shows me that the company is very high on communication with its customers and did not cause me any stress during the process. Thank you for step by step of information that was sent to me. Highly recommend this company..🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟five star...👍
