Not to be trusted.

These socks are the ugliest and most uncomfortable I have ever seen! The material is the worst they could have possibly used! I ended up tossing them out and buying from a different company that uses better material and where you can choose the size of sock you get. I never should have bought them when it says one size fits all….. that’s not how socks work!

Obvious I should have read the reviews. These are made in china and take forever to get. Website says 2-3 days to make then shipping. Well mine are done finally and never shipped because would not get here in the timeframe it advertised. Terrible communication because they are in china. Should always be upfront about manufacturing in china. Hoping others read this

What a great experience. I ordered a set of shirts and realized that I needed to change the shirt design after ordering. They quickly cancelled my order and got working on my new one right away. Great customer service and high quality work.

I ordered a travel blanket for Father's day. I paid for 3 photos but blanket had arrived with 2 photos excluding the dad photo (which was the point for a Father's Day gift). They said they will replace it. After 2 weeks, I followed up. It never went into production. I requested for a refund. They refunded only $1 for the missing photo. It's upsetting.

This was a great gift for my husband! He loved it! I can’t wait to order more!

The shirt I purchased turned out better than I could have imagined and is very comfortable. It was a hit at the wedding with pictures of the bride and groom on it.

I order this item without looking at the reviews. When I saw the reviews I then thought that the company was fake and I just got scammed. But then 4 days later my package arrived. The package came 5 days before it was estimated to come. Also it turned out amazing! The photo quality was perfect and everything about it was great. I emailed them to try and get an estimate of when the package might arrive and they were spot on!!

Fraudulent company with false advertising!

The company says USA but is actually made and shipped from China. I paid extra for priority shipping and the product took over 11 days to arrive. Do not order from the fake company!

Ordered a Hawaiian style shirt that was supposed to have my pet's face on it, I mean that's what the company does, right?
Apparently not for this shirt. There was an option to upload my image, and pay for it (which was added to the cost of the final product in the invoice), but this particular shirt was supposed to be custom text only, so the shirt arrived with no image of my pet even though that's what I was charged for. They apologized for the "confusion" and after an exchange of no less than 13 emails back and forth trying to explain that the shirt was kindof pointless without the image, they basically refused the full refund, despite them being completely in the wrong. Their argument was that it was not a clothing defect, but a website error. Well, it's their website, not my mistake.
Ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company.

They advertise a discounted price. But when you get to your shopping cart, there's a mandatory "VIP Production" cost added, which basically negates the discount. You cannot remove that fee.

Horrible shirt. Ordered a heart button down shirt with large hearts. I had 2 dogs with one dog in each heart. They put both photos in one heart and so small and doesn’t fill the heart as pictured. I ask them to fix it and they said I got what it ordered and offered me 10% of next order. Dont buy here!

I’ve ordered socks for Father’s Day paid for the vip shipping and they say it’s shipped and on my way on their end then using the number they have provided I check on USPS and they have NO record of anything. I wish I would’ve checked reviews first because I now think this is a scam, I call their “number” and it’s to a JEWELRY store. I’ve reached out to them on several avenues and If I don’t hear back soon I’m calling the bank and getting the money back. I already have screenshots of everything in case they try and delete or change things. I just want my socks I don’t want my money back I just wanna know what’s going on ): if anything changes I will update this, because truly I just want what I paid for I don’t want anything but that.
But I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in the future you’re better off using any other website honestly

Edit: after I messaged them on every single avenue possible and threatened getting my money back, customer service sent me some lies about when it was sent and all that which I could see wasent true but anyways, I also mentioned how everyone says they either don’t get their stuff of if they do it’s terrible,

I actually got the socks! And honestly they look great! They’re exactly what I wanted too!! Not sure if me talking to customer service and calling tnem out helped or what but I got them yesterday and they look great! And they definitely will fit as well!!!
So I’m happy it turned out well finally. I’m sorry for the people it didn’t though /:
Regardless of me getting my product after fighting for it, I still don’t think I would use them again. It was just too much stress and hassle, you can use a legitimate website and not have to worry about none of this so just do that lol

They are thieves. I ordered Christmas gifts for 2020. They never arrived or responded to my inquiries. I finally after 13 months got a response. I had to send confirmation of my order. I got back that my order was past the prosecution time and they would offer me 10% off my order. Really?

I ordered 4 pairs of dog socks. Nowhere on their site does it mention possible bad results from using photos of dark colored animals. I paid $93 (cost of socks plus shipping & 20% tip) for the socks. Three weeks after ordering, I received four pairs of socks of such bad quality (the socks and the images printed on them) that the only place this order will be gifted is to the local landfill. I contacted customer service and after multiple exchanges (including pictures of the offending footgear) I was told "too bad, so sad, no refund."

Terrible quality. They aren't "socks" so much as tubes of crappy fabric. They're definitely not made to fit a human foot. When I complained the quality of the product was not as advertised, the "customer service rep" said that was normal. Mad at myself for getting duped by a fraudulent company.

So I seen the advertisement for the Father’s Day socks and ordered it. I read it said 7-10 business days to ship which is fine. What I didn’t know is it takes up 8 days to process! And then two weeks to ship. And to cancel its $9, I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered.

Pretty sure this is a fraudulent company. Advertise "made in USA," while 100% out of China. Ordered, never received. Asked for updates and requested order cancellation, was continually told "they are on their way." After 6 weeks, disputed & cancelled charge via CC. That got a response from this company, along the lines of I would be damaging my credit by disputing through CC. Stay away - they are selling a product that they are unable to reliably provide.
