This is not a US based company. It’s creation is out of China. You might get them you might not. Tracking information that is not in English and you pay a UK company for the product. I received the socks but this 100% isn’t coming from the US. Many people never get their item bad this company needs to be shut down for sure. False advertisement would make me weary of ever trusting it will get here.

If I could give absolutely zero stars, I would. Hands down the WORST website I have EVER ordered from! I ordered a Spotify plaque from them over a month and a half ago for my brother in law and his band as a gift. Well, it finally came today and it's scratched terribly. You can tell they don't care about the products they sell whatsoever! You can also tell they don't care about their customers because if they did, they wouldn't send stuff out like this!! It would be a disgrace to even gift my brother in law with it if you ask me. It's EXTREMLY low quality too. I paid $40 for it +shipping as well and I highly doubt I'll even get my money-back. Please, please, please whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER from FACESOCKSUSA! It is not worth the wait, time, or money! Save your self the hassle and order from a business that truly deserves the business/money from you because this business surely doesn't deserve any! I don't see how they are even in the slightest way still in business! This business is a SHAME and they have the nerve to even call themselves a "business"! I wish I had read the reviews first but unfortunately I didn't! Oh, its also literally impossible to even track your order with them too! I was checking everyday and it said in pre-shippment until it arrived at my door randomly without any notice! Never got any updates, nothing. Didn't even get a delivered status! Very completely and utterly unprofessional all together! I hope this "business" gets shutdown very soon!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The socks are not made in the USA. They are made in China. Ordered my socks three weeks ago and my socks are apparently in Georgia. Who even knows if they are...

Support American jobs, don't purchase from this false advertisement "company."

I wish I had googled the reviews first. This company is the worst. Everything said in the reviews on this page is absolutely true. They advertise USA, and even advertise a facility in Georgia. Their products come from China. I support made in America. I’d rather pay more and have pride in it than pay a discount rate and support a country that is not my home. I hope this company finds a way to move to the USA or they advertise for those that don’t mind supporting other countries.

I agree with every NEGATIVE review and caution you DO NOT ORDER from this company! It is not a USA company as noted on the site. Your credit card will have a foreign transaction. They also will not live up to their delivery dates - if you even receive your merchandise at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. First, the items are not made in the USA as the website states. The 7-10 day arrival is BS. I ordered socks three weeks ago and still waiting on shipping information, it appears they have not even left China! Now it's too late to re-order from somewhere else before the holiday. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

ordered two pairs which actually arrived pretty quickly but they both have a big black mark half way up the sock across my dogs face. To be fair they did respond back quickly but only offered to refund 20% of original purchase price asking if this was ok. Not good enough. Just redo them correctly $30 is a lot to pay for socks. Make your customers happy. !!! As everyone says, they are not based in this country. BEWARE. Will update this status if they replace them.

The website states made in the USA. Nope!

Never trust a company with no phone number. After reaching them by email I was told there were no refunds and nothing I could do about it. Yet they could not tell me where my purchase was or how I could track it.

First, the company is called FaceSocks USA but the socks are manufactured in and ship from China.

I ordered socks at the beginning of April 2020 and paid extra for expedited shipping for a birthday at the end of the month.

It is now July 20, 2020 and the socks have never been received. The shipping updates ended in May and never even left China. The socks literally went nowhere.

i ordered my socks on june 28th and it said 7-10 business days as the latest i wanted them to arrive was july 7th bc it was a gift for my friend and our gift exchange was that day. has arrived on july 15th and the quality isn’t even good. don’t waste your money and always look at reviews before purchasing smth!!

First and foremost, the site lies about being USA-based and USA-made. These are made in China. I paid a "VIP" fee to get them delivered faster and it still took 6 weeks to get here. The quality is terrible. The print is not done well and they are so small that the image distorts once you put them on. Don't waste your money on this site.

Read reviews before purchasing... wish I could post this all over their website. False representation of a US company. Haven't received my order from May and zero responses from service.

HORRIBLE. This company is a fraud. They advertise products made in the USA and it is not true. Their products are from China and they never deliver. I ordered something in Mid May and it was never delivered. There is no costumer service and they give you the run around providing a tracking from China. Do not use this company. They should be prosecuted for misrepresentation and taking people's money.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! They claim they are USA made but they are not. They are made in China. I ordered on May 1, 2020, and still have not received the gift. I emailed the company to complain and have been given the run around even more. I complained to PayPal and am waiting for a resolution. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and you will never get the product!!

Myfacesocks.com and facesocksusa.com are the same company. Don't expect to see your products on time if you are lucky enough to get them at all. --- update
We had to go through paypal to get a response and it turns out it was just sitting in the post office. Something that would have been helpful to know prior to having to go through all that trouble. The socks turned out cute. My mom thought they were hilarious. I am grateful that I didn't lose out financially in the end but I prefer not to have to go through all of that just to track down my order.

I have ordered a gift from Facesocksusa to be a Mothers Day gift in April. It is almost Fathers Day and I still have not received it. I am perplexed to read similar reviews and see they have not fixed this problem for so long now. AVOID them!

Disappointing photo puzzle. I really wanted to love the puzzle but it just wasn't what I expected for almost 40 dollars. The colors are a muted sepia tone and each puzzle piece is an identical shape/cut. I received someone else' puzzle first and this was corrected immediately. However, the other puzzle had the same flat gray/brown colors. Will be a very frustrating as a puzzle with almost no color contrast and no variance in pieces. Wish I could return it for a refund.

I wouldnt even give this company 1 star but unfortunately i had to do something. I ordered socks April 24 and my tracking info still says they are in China. No further shipping info since 5/10/2020. Do not buy from this website. Very misleading, stating made in USA. Clearly not.

This is NOT a USA business!
I ordered these socks for my dads birthday in the beginning of May. He just got them today. When I ordered them, I paid the extra money for the quicker processing and the faster shipping, so, I expected making a personalized product like this would take a bit, but I sure didn't expect to get an email saying that they were shipped, FROM CHINA, and that it would take this long to get them. I am SO upset that this website promotes 'MADE IN THE USA' but they're made and shipped from China.
This website is intentionally misleading and should be made to remove the MADE IN THE USA logo. False advertising at it's finest.
I wanted my hard earned money to go to support a USA business, not China. I'm livid.
