Specifically used this company because I wanted a type of filter medium they carried. They sent a different type and have not responded to my email on how to have them exchanged. The filters are also smaller than usual and allow unfiltered air to bypass the filter medium around the edges.

The price is good but all the filters are slightly smaller than all others.

So it was a pain when installing 6 in my house to have to adjust the metal tabs on all of them to accommodate these smaller sized filters.

I recently ordered replacement filters. They were delivered very quickly and in good condition.

After receiving order with incorrectly sized filters, I emailed customer support for help. After a week's time, I have yet to get a response.

Reordered a certain filter which I had purchased previously and wad quite sayisfied. Box arrived with exact same label stating same size as the first order. Filters did not fit holder. I measured the filter and it was 1/2" to long and wide. I called and spoke to Sam. She sent another box of 12. Wrong size again. Too long and too wide. I called again and spoke to Sam again. This time she confirmed the size via email. She had the wrong size stated in email. I called her back and told her about it. She cancelled that order to their factory. She then placed another order to the factory and once again confirmed it with email to me. Guess what....wrong size again. I called back and spoke with Vanessa (?). She apologized.....again and said she would ship out again. I then received another email from Amanda confirming the order Vanessa placed. Amanda's email stated the wrong size again!!!! I called back and left a message. That is the end of my horrible experience with this disfunctional outfit. Where are my filters...who knows.

My first experience with the company was very disappointing. Sent numerous e-mails (trying to get a tracking number) and none were answered. Finally called a week after paying for the order to find out that the product had not even been processed for shipping. Eight days after payment, the product was finally shipped. It took another six days to receive the product. Fourteen days from payment to receipt of product. Very poor communication, lack of customer service and absolutely no urgency.
The product ordered was a box of six 30"x30"x2" air filters.

I've sent two emails in an attempt to get Factory Direct to instruct me as to what I need to do to return these filters. They are undersized, by more than 1/2 inch in one direction and nearly 3/4 inch in the other; I cannot use them in my application. Have not gotten so much as an acknowledgement back from the company. Nearly $50 wasted. Buyer beware!

The person I talked to was wonderful - high marks.

However, I've had problems (twice now) placing an order using the website. Both times I had to call and talk to someone to place the order. First time I thought it was just one of those things, but twice starts a trend. I'd like to think that it's not me since I order nearly everything on line any more and don't have problems in general.

I ordered on the 13th of June n received them on the 22nd and when I opened the box it was the wrong filters

I purchased 6 custom made filters for my a/c unit. I must say they are great.
My unit takes a size that can not be purchased in stores. I purchased six from another dealer paid a lot more and were not the quality as the ones I just purchased. I will be ordering more for sure. Thank you.

My AC unit seems to be working harder. Maybe a little louder then usual. The idea of the washable filter is nice. I had at my other house for about 12 years. Not sure on this one though. This washable filter seems more dense then the one I took out. Like it's not letting the air flow as easy.

I got some filters that were just a little to big. I called and talked to a lady that took time to find me a filter that worked.I'am real happy to deal with factory direct filters and will tell my friends about them. thanks again!

I gave a 5 star rating because first of all the filters fit perfect! The shipping was fast! The price was better than all the other filter companies I checked for the same quality filter I ordered. The filters have only been in for two weeks now and we will see how they work. However I AM VERY PLEASED!
