Great filters, great price and quick shipping! What more could you want?

Sent me the wrong filters. Knew they sent me the wrong filters but failed to notify me. Called it an upgrade.

Notified them via their email support. 2 days and no response. Finally had to call. The filters I wanted were out of stock for the foreseeable future.

Not the best service.

FDF is trustworthy and has great quality filters. My size is very specialized so was happy to find a company that had a high quality filter. The filters arrived in perfect condition and a timely manner. It's nice to know they are there.

My Factory Direct Filters (3) are of excellent quality and were reasonably priced. I recommend these filters to those who want filters which can be cleaned and reused.

and no extra charges.

Place my order online for some hard to find sized furnace filters. I received an email the following day that these were out of stock, BUT that my order was being filled with upgraded filters at no additional charge and no delay.
WOW! Now that's customer service and I will be back to shop again!

The ordering process was simple and easy with several options and thorough descriptions. The order took longer to ship than I expected. When I contacted customer service about the delay that I didn't expect, the CSR responded quickly and professionally.
I received an email notification with tracking information per FEDEX.
My product arrived promptly thereafter and the the filters are a perfect fit.
Overall, I am very pleased and will continue business with Factory Direct Filters.

Sent me the wrong refrigerator filter and said it was an IT issue. Asked me to send pictures of the wrong filter, which I did. After many days of delay the customer rep. said she couldn't do anymore, it was in the hands of her supervisor. The supervisor eventually called me and was more interested in getting the wrong filter back than sending me the correct one. They picked up the wrong filter they sent me by FedEx over a week ago and I still have not received my replacement filter. It has been over five weeks since I ordered the original filter. I keep emailing them to find out the status of my replacement filter, but no answer. Take it from me and order your filters from someone else..

Only thing i see wrong is a 1/4" gap on ne corner that doesn't have filter element covering it. Not a big problem. I just like to have it filter all the air going to the AC, but otherwise a very good filter.

Prompt delivery. Filters were 1/4 inch too narrow. Had to add spacer material along one edge.

I received what I ordered very quickly. Ordering was easy, the price was good and delivery was quick.
