Absolutely love my new purchase from Fae.
I ordered the Honey Verde & Birdie Verde and they are amazing quality and the colour is perfect. I will definitely be ordering more styles from here :)

They still haven’t shipped my swimwear it’s been two weeks and they don’t respond to emails.

I am disappointed with the products. They doesn't look like the images.

I purchased four bikinis from this company, two light colors and two dark colors. For one thing, the quality was not great but they looked cute so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When it came time to wash, I separated them out (as one does) to soak in cold water in the sink after the first time wearing them. I also followed their specific wash instructions, so I was sure it was fine. The colors bled horribly, ruining one bikini. I reached out to clarify as I was super confused and had NEVER had this happen with swimwear before. The rep, Tallara, was sooo petty and rude I couldn’t believe it. Never have I had such mean girl customer service. She blamed it on me and found every excuse under the sun DESPITE ME FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. I was literally told to buy another color?? $400 on bikinis and I will never ever buy from this brand again. I ended up wearing the other colors a few times, hand washed them in the sink, and the underwire popped out from one of the tops after maybe three wears. Please spend money literally anywhere else.

Update: they had me reach out to them and instead of apologizing for how unnecessarily rude they were and believing my experience they made excuses and continued to find ways to blame me while pushing me to spend more $$ on their products. 0/5 stars

Update: to put their reply in context, I followed their washing instructions exactly. Such bad business practice.

I ordered a bikini on the 22nd of December and the suburb of the address processed incorrectly. I have tried countless times to get a hold of their customer service team. Their email is invalid, they won’t respond to DMs on Instagram, they won’t respond on Facebook but will gladly take my money. Please do not buy from here.

My favourite bikinis!! but also the customer service is amazing! they always reply fast and even gave me once a discount-refund after I’ve already ordered (because I saw the discount only after I already ordered). Super fast delievery...arrived in 4 days from australia to switzerland. I order every year at least once!

Really poor quality.
I bought two pieces and they have already started to rust after 3 months! All the threading is coming out and there is no elastic or stretch in the bottoms. They are so nicely designed so if they were better quality it would've been so much better value for money..

I purchased a Fae swimsuit years ago and it was amazing. The material was so soft and supportive, I got so many compliments- and definitely sent them a lot of customers! The bikini lasted me a couple of years, even travelling a lot, which blew me away.

But, they became super popular and the quality and durability has dropped significantly. Apparently they still use econyl, but it feels very different to my original bikini- it's rougher to the touch and less elasticated. It doesn't sit as comfortably or nicely. The colour bled a little from the top, and by the time I sent it back they were out of my size and had no plans of getting a matching top back in, so now I just have a random bikini bottom and no matching top.

Stock seems to be an ongoing issue for them, I waited months for a matching bikini SET to be in stock.

I wish I had bought a few the first time I purchased years ago, but I won't be buying again.

Sorry Fae, I loved the business, the quality and the cuts were so amazing! And loved supporting an Australian small business, but it's not the same as it was.

Very beautiful high-quality bikini with a flattering cut. The delivery was also very fast and the sizes are exactly as indicated in their size chart.

I purchased a one piece bathing suit last year. Came promptly and is great quality and fit. Very important as returning to AUS from US can be $$$

I got my swimwear top with totally different bold and mat V in front instead small and elegant as on pictures was. Sadly there is no option here to add photo here to prevent other ppl buying this swimwear.

For the price ($145usd) i'm very disappointed. I've worn my set 3 times and the elastic on the shoulder straps is already wearing out!- I thought i paid for a premium product/ eco fabric.
I bought small bottoms which are so low and so wide its barely touching my hips. Theres no way i would be able to size down they would just fall off. Just a shame.

FAE is hands down my favourite bikini brand. The chat service on their website is super helpful and they helped me to pick out the cutest bikinis to suit my body type. The checkout and delivery process was easy and quick, and when my bikinis arrived I was so happy with the quality and fit - I practically live in them now. Couldn’t recommend more highly. The sizes do not match at all the size chart provided. Also, the quality is very very cheap and the design is not the same as presented on the website. From what I understand I cannot get a refund...very disappointing 😕

Great experience with purchasing a gift for my girlfriend from FAE. I spoke to the team via chat on the website who were extremely helpful with size and style suggestions. My girlfriend absolutely loved her gift, would highly recommend!

My order was intended as a gift and was delivered 2 months late. No return possible despite late delivery. After 3 emails and a message on facebook I got a response. All in all not a nice experience.

LADRONES!!!!!! Hice mi pedido el día 21 de marzo, estamos a día 21 de mayo y todavía no lo he recibido. Me pongo en contacto con ellos y solo recibo excusas. Me parece una verguenza que, después de pagar 78,09€ me tengan esperando dos meses y solo sepan darme excusas. QUIERO MI DINERO DE VUELTA. Les he mandado un tercer correo electrónico pidiéndoles un reembolso de mi dinero, por no haber recibido el pedido y NO ME RESPONDEN. Son unos LADRONES. Me parece una autentica verguenza. DECEPCIONADÍSIMA.

The Medium Vada Bottoms fit like an Extra Small. No refunds. For an exchange the shipping alone would be $30-$40. Not a fan... Unfollowing on all social media.

Favourite bikini - great quality, arrived on time. Budget for the import tax is in the UK!
