For the quality and style of this swimwear, I think it is very competitively priced. I ordered the gypsy top and the goi bottom, both size small, and found these fit true to size and are very flattering as long as you are comfortable showing off your bum. ;) The fabric feels very luxe and I love that it is eco friendly. Will definitely return for more suits!

I was a fan of the eco fabric and simple but flattering designs from the start, I do think the price point is high for minimal fabric... but when I received them, the quality is amazing and you can understand why.
Then, on top of that - you add the AMAZING customer service team (specifically Tallara)... I had a few order issues and she was my go to person from start to finish, she was patient, friendly, understanding and helpful is an absolute understatement! You don't see service like that anymore and she honestly made me love Fae even more! Fae genuinely cares about their quality, reputation and customers!

I ordered a few bathing suits from this company and I like their products a lot. Their return policy and process, however, are so horrendous that I decided to not do business with them anymore.

This last time I ordered a bathing suit top only as an extra top for a set I ordered previously. I paid 84 US dollars for it that includes a shipping cost of around 14 US dollars. I tried it on and it was not a flattering look at all so I decided to return it. According to their return policy, they do not offer a refund. Well, that's a bummer but okay, I was going to pick something else. I got the return instructions in the e-mail and as suggested, I went to the post office. I attempted to return this bathing suit top and the post office was going to charge me 38 US dollars. I saw FAE Swim's response to a previous review about how it should cost about $20 US dollars. That is incorrect information.

This hassle and inconvenience to be able to return an item that only costs a few dollars more than all the shipping you have to pay for.. Keep in mind, you'll have to pay the $14 sipping cost AGAIN when you pick the item you want to exchange the returned item for. Never again. Seriously! Charge me more but figure out how to handle returns so the customers are not finding themselves frustrated and disappointed.

Sadly, I'll have to keep the item I purchased even though I'll never wear it.

Ordered an XS swimsuit based off the sizing chart on the site. It didn’t fit. It cost $20 to ship it to the states, I needed to exchange it for the next size up, so I had to pay $40 to ship it back to them through the post office, got a virtual gift card to reorder a size small then had to pay ANOTHER $20 to ship it back to me, I PAYED $80 FOR SHIPPING IN TOTAL FOR THIS ONE SWIMSUIT. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Will not purchase from them ever again.

Shipping took a week and a half longer that the expected delivery time, with no additional communication for the delay - I had to chase. When items did arrive, they look nothing like what if advertised on the website and the fit is not to size at all. And no returns! In addition, ordering to the UK, just got a £90 duty bill. Definitely won’t be ordering again

I had purchased 2 items online, only to realise one item was sold out and was available to purchase in error.

Tallara had corrected this and looked after me by allowing me to select another item at no extra cost!

The update to my order was smooth and was dealt with a lot of care for the customer!

I could not be happier!

My friend loves their items and wears them almost religiously. I also had a few mishaps with misordering the wrong size or needing to adjust certain items, and their support team was quick to help and address my issues. I am only shopping at FAE for all of my friend's bikini desires.

The stand out of FAE swimmers to other high profiles brands is the quality of the material, you can notice the difference immediately when on. They also have a quick response team. Highly recommend, will be buying again!

Mixed feelings...

I received my order super quick (and I live in Switzerland), which I loved.

BUT, the sizing is so off.. I sized up (usually XS, also checked their sizing chart), because I hate when a bikini is too tight/too low waisted/etc. Still, the S bottoms are TINY - tight, low, basically have to be pulled all the way into my butt to fit! I love small bikinis, but only when they're designed that way, not because of improper fitting.
Also, I got this nice sunshine yellow color, but in real life it's more mustard and dull. On their website they note that they photograph with film which can change the colors in the photos.. Ok, cool, but maybe take photos that actually show the colors properly? Isn't the point of photos to show the product as best possible...

Before ordering, I didn't realize that they didn't offer refunds, only exchanges, which I think is strange and quite shady to be honest.
I'm going to exchange the two items I got that weren't on sale. Hopefully it goes well.

I have been buying Fae regularly since it was launched. In fact I have about 5-6 bikinis/ swimsuits from them. Everything about this label is incredible - the size, the fit, the quality, orders arriving on time, you name it.
I cannot wait to purchase more from them for my upcoming trip. #FaeAllDae

I buy from this swim label regularly and have never had an issue. My orders always come on time and I love their cool packaging bags which I reuse for other things. I recently ordered the Frida suit in the wrong size, which I sent back and had the right size sent back to me.

I recently purchased Fae from their Sydney warehouse sale. It was so nice to be able to try on all the styles and pick my favourites. I ended up leaving there with Vada bottoms, Rico bottoms, Sonny top, Maven top and Lima suit. I wish I had of bought more.

The sizing runs a tiny bit small. I am normally in between a small and a medium and I chose to purchase a medium in Fae.

I love all of my Fae suits and I will definitely be buying more

I ordered several items, Bella bottom size L, Vada bottom size M, Alvarez top size L and the Sveta swim suit in size M.

I read many other reviews about the sizing coming up small. Based on that I ordered the Bella and Alvarez in L (only size that was online anyway) and I went with M in the other two items.

I just wanted to share my personal experience. Im a size 8 -10 depending on fit and weigh 59KG. Size medium fits perfect for me in both the swim suit and vada bikini bottom, the size L in Bella bottoms are big. The Alvarez top in L however does fit, It covers a generous amount. If I would order any tops from them in the future I would go with a M as id like to tan in something slightly smaller. To give you an idea for the tops I wear a bra size 75D. So overall I am happy with my purchase just wished that I got all the bottoms in a size M as for me it comes true to size. I hope this helps if you are thinking off buying their bikini. Lastly i would definitely order from them again as I like how the swim wear fits and the quality of the fabrics used!

Great quality and beautiful designs..True to the size! They shipped super fast..I got my swimsuit in 3 days..and I live in Romania!

I preorder a bikini that was supposed to be available May 16; they had it available on their website that day but they didn’t shipped mine. When I asked, they told me they didn’t get the bikinis but that they will ship them the next week which they didn’t; They kept lying and postponing the date that they were supposedly were going to ship my order; this went on for about two weeks and finally I asked them to cancel my order. Worst customer service; they were deceiving, rude and liars. They charged you as soon as you place the order but they never send the order.

DON’T BUY FROM THEM. Their customer service is the absolute worse, The woman at customer service is the rudest person I’ve ever messaged, in addition to being rude she is a liar. I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I’ve been emailing her back an forth, she kept telling me how the stock hadn’t arrived at their warehouse and how it was out of their control but she can’t cancel my order. Then last Monday she told me that the stock had finally arrived and that my order was gonna ship the next day, I’ve sent her like 10 emails and she hasn’t replied. I asked her to cancel my order and she doesn’t cancel it. ALSO THEY CHARGE YOU AS SOON AS YOU PLACE THE ORDER. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER PLUS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Their return policy is really bad and they make no effort to help. There Large is for someone that doesn’t wear anything larger then a size 6.
There over priced for what they are and customer service is not good. I suggest buying from a company that doesn’t make it so diffificult to exchange or return.
