I cant reccomend Fairco door at all!!! Since they installed it , there is a Problem!! I would not ever go again with this company! Not worth a money!

Well well well what can I say ...Ordered a back door Sales rep Darren (sold to to me in 10 mins) from start to finish was simple. Noel the Installation guy was friendly and very professional . Highly recommend without a doubt. If I could give 6 stars I would thank you guys.

Excellent service and competitively priced. Was clearly guided through our options and happy with the suggested solutions to replacing 7 windows in an old house to balance cost and aesthetics. Installation happened on schedule and the install team of Victor and Frank flew threw the work. Dust sheets everywhere and hoovered up everything after. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from our initial contact with Jack to delivery. He was very professional and accommodating and responded very quickly to queries. Very happy with the installation and finished product. Would highly recommend.

Door is 3 years old. Silver knocker and letterbox are rusting and i thought they would be weatherproof and durable. Rang customer care.. didn't want to know..seemed well used to this issue..told i have pay to replace them as Fairco warranty doesn't cover this..very disappointing...urge caution to anyone considering using this company...

At the day of installation full payment was required before work commenced. When installed a bolt was faulty so the I was left with a door was left "locked" and could not be opened.
It took many weeks to get the replacement part and then Fairco had difficulty scheduling the visit as we live in a very rural location.
Then when they came, again there was a problem with the part and only on a third visit was the work eventually completed, over two months after the initial installation date. And all the while they had full payment!

To be avoided. I wish I had done the research before paying Fairco for windows and a front door.
The biggest issue we've had is the colour of the front door doesn't match the frame. The door is black and the frame is more like a navy. We consulted with other people in the business and they all agreed they were different colours. We were never told that the door and frame were different materials so its difficult to get a match when spraying the same RAL colour. If we were informed we could have chosen a different door. The customer service is non existent and we were basically told that we were colour blind. There was no offer to rectify the problem, once they get their money they don't care.
We had problems with the windows too. The work wasn't checked on completion and they had to come back 3 times to fix seals that were letting in air. They were sloppy in their work, the black PVC seals on the exterior are so messy looking.
I have never come across such an unprofessional Supplier and want to warn other people not to use them.

One sash window slides open when unlocked (too loose); another requires much effort to open (too tight). Problems known by company since installation in Nov-22. Three separate visits by service personnel have, up to now, failed to identify or fix the cause of problems. I'm awaiting another visit and, if this fails the remedy the issues, the windows must be defective or have been damaged before or during installation. Not very satisfactory.

I cannot fault my experience with Fairco. Jack from the office was extremely helpful from start to finish. Paddy & Stephen did a great job with the installation, it was very quick & they left the place spotless. The whole experience was 10/10 and I am very impressed with the quality of my new windows, I would definitely recommend Fairco. Thanks guys!

We had widows and doors installed in May, despite many attempts to get a few problems sorted we find ourselves in a position of getting a solicitor involved in the hopes of getting what we paid for. I would advise anyone who is buying widows from them to hold off on paying in full until everything is sorted. The after sales is terrible once they have your money. Billy and Mary Harris Ashbourne.

Fairco installed my windows and door. Fantastic service, top class workmanship. All done in two and half days. Fitters Gary and Jamie were very friendly, and left no mess after the job.
Paul, the sales rep was very helpful, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Fairco

As anyone can see Fairco have 52 percent bad ratings, after paying over the odds for a patio door, with a promise I was getting the best there is, couldn't be further from the truth, I'm left with a door that's absolutely impossible to open or close, their answer was they could recommend another company to come and check it out, I've told anyone that would listen not to go near this sham of a company

We engaged Fairco to replace our entire home's windows and doors in March 2022. From start to finish, the process went as well as one could have expected and completed with installation in May, right around the time that was estimated in the beginning. From Dean in sales, to the surveyors visit right the way through to the fantastic job Victor and Frank completed during the installation, the experience was seamless and the finished product looks fantastic. A really top class installation, very tidy work and all completed over about 4 days. We are delighted with how Fairco performed on this job and would have no reservation in recommending them.

This is the response Fairco has given to my husband ( David Flynn’s )on Google reviews. Well Fairco, it’s a real pity that your Sales Rep and your MD could not have told us this nugget of information, instead of arriving at our door with our money back when we enquired about the March fit date. When I asked the sales rep to take the draft back and come back with date even if it was May/June your company refused to give us another date. The colour was a “standard” grey during the sales process, Fairco changed it and then obviously forgot to put our order through or you felt we had paid to cheaply so you pulled out when we enquired about the fit date in March and complained we were getting poor service as sales rep was not reverting. MD didn’t have the courtesy to ring me when I asked for explanation, sales rep had no answers to the situation. Only that, due to our email complaining about no response, the relationship had obviously deteriorated and they didn’t want our business. I see there has been a number of positive reviews since David added his .. you can be assured ours is a genuine one! Nice showroom .. pity about the poor customer service/ attention to detail/ admitting to the actual problem on a review but not telling the customer in the first instance. Buyer Beware as they say….. lesson learnt … worst company I ever dealt and that’s saying a lot

I just spoke with the most horrible customer rep I have ever dealt with. She had a serious attitude from the moment I took the call. Asked her if in the supply and fit service they provide do they move waste pipes from the upstairs bathroom which comes down the back wall of the house (1940’s terrace), Where the bi folding doors are going to be replacing French doors . Simple question she kept saying I don’t understand what your talking about. I had to describe a number of times there was an old steel pipe for the toilet waste coming down the back wall and would the fitters deal with this problem if it encroached on the new opening. She told I would have to sort that myself in the rudest tone. This person is Not fit for customer care and not fit for her role she had no idea of what is involved in supply and fit of bifolding doors and potential problems which is basic construction. I told her in the end based on her horrible attitude and tone I would not use their service and ended the call. I’m sure I’m not alone

See reply from Fairco-you have basically called me a liar instead of taking it as feedback on your customer care. I left a message on the answering machine and my call was returned by a female representing your company. She didn’t pass me to anyone else so was obviously employed to deal with my query. If you are supply and fit, you should be able to talk through with a customer potential problems. I completely stand over that it was Fairco, Unless that person logs all query’s your wouldn’t have a record.? Her manner was horrible, don’t try and discredit my review

Just finished the process of upgrading the windows on our home and I must say, my experience with Fairco was a step above. Their sales advisor could not have been more facilitating in my every need and his attention to detail was second to none. Major thanks to Kevin and the Fairco fitters for treating our home like a home and not a building site. Most importantly, the difference these windows and the insulation around the windows have made is going to save me a fortune in electricity bills!! Thanks Fairco, could not recommend your brand enough!

My mother had a new door fitted by Fairco and I cannot get over the difference it has made to our home. The quality of staff they have is second to none and I was most impressed by the overall professionalism shown by Fairco. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Fairco

I engaged the services of Fairco to replace a front door at my home, this is my third experience in purchasing windows and doors with them. We were guided by their professional sales rep in the showrooms at Santry to the endless selection of doors available. The rep came to our home at a time convenient to me to go through our final decision and to make further recommendations. The next stage was for a surveyor to call to take measurements and allow for any final changes to be made. Our door was installed to the highest standard the fitters were excellent, they cleaned up the area afterwards. I would highly recommend Fairco their level of professionalism was outstanding, our new door has given us complete peace of mind.

I had all my mum's windows and doors replaced by Fairco earlier this month. I cannot say enough - Gary & Sean were so helpful and so tidy. My mum is delighted - with the rising cost of heating bills the timing couldn't have been better ! Gary and Sean were excellent time keepers so my Mum was delighted. We are thrilled to have my Mum happy and secure in her own home. I would highly recommend.

Absolute scammers I'm an old age pensioner took out a credit union loan to have a patio door installed, within 3 weeks door was impossible to open, after numerous phone calls they want to charge me to come out and tell me what a diabolical mess they made, don't believe anything they advertise
