Faithful Platform Reviews

Great communication and just a easy smooth process.

They did a great job during the whole process. They provided great customer service and a quality product!

Great customer service, I was always kept in the loop and was never left confused!

Really helpful from the get-go. While fully online, you get to work with a very kind representative who guides you through every step of the process. They are also very understanding and will even accommodate seemingly unreasonable requests. Great value for the price as well.

When I first submitted my request for a ring, I was contacted pretty quickly by Chase. He asked me for more information about the ring I wanted and I was able to give him samples of what I found online and asked for extra changes.

Before they start implementing the ring that I was trying to design, I did have to put down a downpayment. It was ok to put half for them to start drawing up mock designs and when the ring is going to start being made, that is when I put in the rest of the payment.

Another guy named Mike called me and gave me a walkthrough of the process which helped me too. Both of these guys responded back to my emails or texts pretty quick. I occasionally asked how the ring is coming a long and would get a prompt email from them.

They ship the ring to the closest fedex and thats where I pick it up. The ring looks good too! Would recommend!

I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. The whole process was completely transparent and easy to digest. The price was by far the lowest on the market for the same quality. Everyone I interacted with was kind and truly interested.

Super easy to work with and Very reasonable prices.

Easy to work with, wonderful product, very responsive, and helped hurry things along!

I can't say enough about my experience with Faithful Platform. From the moment I first contacted them, I knew I was in great hands. Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process.
They took the time to understand my vision for the perfect engagement ring, and their expertise was invaluable in helping me select the ideal diamond and setting. Their guidance and encouragement made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly enjoyable.
The ring itself is absolutely breathtaking. It's even more beautiful than I imagined. My fiancée and I love it so much! Faithful Platform truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
If you're looking for a company that truly values its customers and offers exceptional quality, I highly recommend Faithful Platform!

FP got my custom ring to me well ahead of the proposal. It looked perfect, my fiancée loved it! The staff worked with me via email, phone, text. We will be using them for our wedding bands as well, the savings and service are just too great to use a big box jewelry store. I did get a tad frustrated during the design process. My fiancee was very particular and involved with reviewing design progress. I would send a list of items to adjust and FP would fix no more than one thing at a time before sending back the updated design. This lengthened the design process from what I anticipated. If you are particular or your design is complicated/unique, make sure there is plenty of time before it is needed. But FP works to make sure everything comes in time. I DO recommend them to my friends now.

Chase was very easy to talk to and provided me with a peaceful experience throughout each and every step. He encouraged me to do my own research and never pressured me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. He gave me a great deal and helped me design the perfect ring for my now fianceé!

Easy to deal with. Do not feel like Im being conned into like jewelry stores around me do

My fiancee and I were so happy with the ring. These guys seriously have the best prices on the market with no sacrifice in quality. Would 10/10 recommend if you are looking to buy a ring while supporting a jeweler with a great mission behind what they do.

They offered to answer all my questions and offered competitive pricing on the designs I asked for.

This was such a good experience working with Faithful platform . They worked with me and got me exactly what I needed . I was nervous about buying an engagement ring online but happy I did. I will definitely be recommending them to all friends and family

The ring that you guys designed for Lauren and I was absolutely spectacular. She loves it and would recommend you guys to anyone. Thank you for everything.

They did an absolutely great job. They had great customer service and were actually fun to work with!

Faithful Platform was amazing. Everyone that I worked with throughout the process was amazing. From the beginning, they were patient and supportive when picking out the perfect ring. I was given multiple options with a wide variety of price. After deciding, the ring construction process was extremely efficient. Overall wonderful experience.

Smooth experience from start to finish! Helpful service and a ton of value provided. The ring came out spectacular and matched the specifications exactly!

Very helpful and affordable service. The ring was beautiful and my fiancée is very happy.
