Had a great experience working with faithful platform. They’re quick excellent at what they do and work with you to make sure that you get the product that you want. I love the fact that I can find a picture of the ring I want and have that exact ring made With the gold and diamonds that fit within my budget. With my particular ring, it was made with the wrong gold the first time and had me remade which made it take a little longer, but I was very happy with the product afterwards!

Also because of their program I was able to buy a higher quality stone than what I originally wanted due to their low pricing. My fiancé loves her ring and that was the goal. Solid customer service! Zach with Faithful Platform spoke with me in detail to help me build an exceptional custom ring. I was hesitant to do the whole process online and over the phone but it went well! When the ring showed up in a very special box with GIA certification, some solid faith based resources on marriage and the ring itself it was everything I hoped for! 10/10 presentation and great overall experience.

Justin was very helpful in laying out the options and finding something that suited all my wants and needs. I may have had an unusual timeline, but Justin stayed with me for a few months to make sure we got the job done. They even reached out a couple days before the proposal to pass along some kind words of encouragement. The logistics are made simple to understand, and the product was all I could ask for for what I paid. Overall, I don’t think my experience with Faithful Platform could have went much better.

From beginning to end, Faithful Platform was helpful, honest, and honoring of what I was looking for when it came to purchasing rings. I worked with Jimmy Lacy and he helped me understand what exactly to look for in a ring and provided the perfect ring for my fiancée (soon to be wife). She absolutely loves it and still has the biggest smile on her face every time she looks at it! Jimmy was quick and easy to work with, within a matter of a few hours I had the rings ordered. The shipping and payment process with Mike Turner was simple as well. He was quick and responsive. The rings came within about 3 weeks which was perfect for our engagement timeline. Great, affordable prices, top notch quality rings, and amazing customer service and care, what more could ask for?! Faithful Platform is the place to be next time you go jewelry shopping!

They killed it. They were able to send me renderings before I even made a down payment! They helped me design the perfect ring and my fiancé is so stoked on the ring. It couldn’t have turned out any better. Got engaged yesterday at the Milford Sound in New Zealand it was incredible.
