I purchased the Rawiya Brown Gray Modern Oushak Rug. It was a good price for a large area rug. Quality-wise, it’s thin and came folded. It’ll need time to flatten and definitely needs a rug pad. The design seemed nice online.

The color of the rug is much different than what’s pictured online. In person, it reads as very faded. It looks very gray and cool with little contrast. It lacks the warmth and depth of tone of the photo online. Sadly, the difference is so significant that it does not match my decor.

Make sure you read their return policies. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, which is a lot for shipping an 8x10 rug and simply isn’t worth it. I emailed the company to share photos of my rug and that I felt it does not represent the rug in the photos online. They feel the photos are accurate to the website and offered a $25 refund (the rug cost $243 after a coupon code). They offered a 20% discount if I kept this rug and bought a replacement which I’m not going to do because I don’t want to be in this pickle again.

It’s on me for not reading their return policies return policy. They get a star for being responsive. But their rugs are sub-par quality and not reflective of the actual product.

This company is great and the prices are wonderful. I have 4 large fame rugs in our home now. Highly recommend

The rug is beautiful! The colors are soft as well as the texture of the rug. It was delivered in 7 days and packaged well for solo installation. I highly recommend this company. The rug was approximately 1/3 of what I was getting ready to pay.

I have loved ordering from Fame Rugs! We’ve used their rugs for years in various rooms in our home and most recently upgraded our living room rug to an area rug from Fame Rugs. I love how durable they are for life with little kids, and you can’t beat the elevated look they give. 10/10 recommend!

Check the tariff before you buy a rug from them!!! It’s two months later and I got a tariff bill. Thank God it’s a small rug. This is ridiculous and I would never have ordered from them had I known. The rug is fine but I don’t like a company that isn’t transparent! Ordered December 12 got tariff today Feb 15

Great rug for the price.

I have similar rugs that are wool. Being used to that quality, I was skeptical that a washable version would look as nice. I was wrong! It looks great and I love that it can be so easily cleaned.

Horrible experience! It was unclear where the rug was being shipped from, the rug received is subpar quality but returning it was not worth it because returning to where it shipped from (Turkey) costs as much as the rug itself (and that seems to be the revenue model of this business). On top of it all, after wasting $50 on a rug i dislike and cant return, I got a bill from UD Customs and Borders for $17 tariff fee that I have to pay for this stupid rug on top of everything else. Wish i had never come across famerugs.com

The rugs were what I expected (except the back does not have a gripping texture, so it does slip around on the floor).
The problem came for me when I decided to return the rugs and simply get a different color way. After hunting for awhile to figure out How to Return, I had to email the company to ask.
I was told if I wanted to return the rugs I would need to SHIP THE RUGS, VIA FED EX, TO THE COUNTRY OF TURKEY, at my own expense! Just for curiosity sake I looked up that cost...the rate was $700 US dollars to "return" 2 rugs, which cost me about $200! I went back and forth via email with them, letting them know this was no way to do business, and they eventually offered me a 25% refund and I could keep the rugs. Now...that might seem like a great deal for me; however, I wanted a different color and now I am faced with trying to sell the rugs to recoup the remainder of my cost.
I can't speak to the quality of the product, but the LACK OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is enough for me to never buy from FAME again, and to caution others before they do.

The color of the rug was not burgundy but a coral pink. I looked into returning it to you but FedEx quoted me a price of $800!!! So I am stuck with a rug I cannot use.

When I requested a return they gave me an address in the country of Turkey with no return label provided. The cost of shipping to Turkey is probably greater than what I spent on the rug!

I emailed about a complication with my order and never heard back. My navy rug is a runner sized rug that is packed in a 5x7 box.

The ruge are absolutely beautiful. The colors are as in the pictures which is something that I really appreciate. They feel very good and look stunning. I recommend 100%.
