I never got the digital prints for my order. The 16x24 came through and it was beautiful . But I didn’t get the digital version and it has been a hassle trying to find a way to reach out directly.

I really wanted what I ordered and I still have not received it. I have reached out multiple times still have not received the items I purchased.

Unfortunately you printed the incorrect lyrics to the song I requested
This song lyrics are extremely important to the person that was receiving the gift
I’d like it to be rectified asap

When ordering my Song Lyrics Vinyl print, I accidentally picked the wrong language. I emailed the company and Dave was quick with his response. Both Dave and Bella were understanding and help correct the situation in a timely matter. My husband loved his gift Thank you.

Outstanding product. My wife loved it. Customer service was accessed due to shipping difficulties but responded and resolved my issue. Overall a great product and experience.

I wish I would have checked these reviews before ordering. I have yet to receive a tracking number. First email says they recieved my order, then shipped, then order is being prepared to ship. They do NOT respond to emails. I paid for 2 day shipping so I could have gift for my mom in time for Christmas. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to reverse charges. Go through Etsy.

Wow, I am so upset I am not sure where to begin. Very nice concept, and all in all I would have been very happy other than there’s more than just the lyrics to our song on this piece. There’s a one sentence introduction that is taken from the television show it was sang in, and that ultimately has ruined it for me. Again, do not advertise song lyrics and then include whatever you want leading up to said song. Highly disappointed. False advertising if you ask me.

I feel a little deceived. I received my order but it was not the quality that I expected. It seem cheaply made.

Order got shipped and with request-they provided a preview of product before shipment Anniversary gift appreciated by wife. I do wish that the company had a phone number for customer support. All communication after purchase done through e-mail.

There is a big blue blotch that showed up on the grooms nose out of no where and no one has contacted me back on how to fix this issue even after I have submitted 2 tickets.
