Firstly I thought it's a scam cause when I won 6800 usd they started asking me for docs for some kind of verification. though after a bit of research they have the right and should do that due to the AML procedures and compliance. I want to share my personal experience with FanSport Casino to warn other players.
I deposited and played on their platform, including casino games and English Premier League bets, totaling $4,200. After winning, they requested 15 difficult verification documents, all of which I provided.
Despite full compliance, my account was blocked and my winnings were never paid.

I deposited 9 thousand taka in Bangladeshi currency on the Fan Sports site on 27th July 2025 and on that day I withdrew 9300 taka but after about 96 hours my money has not been deposited in my wallet i.e. withdrawal is pending and when I contacted their customer support they kept saying again and again that they have informed our senior officer that your problem will be resolved quickly. I would like to tell you that none of you should use Fan School especially from Bangladesh and do not use it from Bangladeshi currency. I deposited through bKash and I have also noticed that many players are suffering from the same problem. I have never had such a bad experience from any site. I have now used many international sites among which the worst is Fan Spot. It is the worst batting site in the world.
While Fansport offers attractive odds, their customer service falls significantly short. Once your account balance is in the positive, you're excluded from promotional offers. When disputes arise, decisions almost always favor the bookmaker rather than the bettor.
I experienced two situations where match durations were altered from the standard:
• In one case, the match lasted 60 minutes instead of the usual 45. My bet would have won, but it was voided — allegedly due to missing information, despite official sources clearly announcing the extended match time.
• In another case, the match was shortened to 40 minutes without prior notice. I lost the bet, yet it wasn’t canceled — although, by their own reasoning, it should have been.
I also faced repeated issues when trying to withdraw funds. It felt as though the process was deliberately complicated to discourage payouts, hoping that customers would instead lose their winnings by continuing to bet.
🔒 Based on my experience, I strongly warn others: Fansport does not appear trustworthy. Their handling of bets and payouts seemed biased and unreliable.
