Placed and paid for an order on May 10. Their customer service said it would arrive 21st - 23rd. Received it on the 27th. Since their sizing chart for the average/typical Large is a little different, I asked The Fandomaniax rep for advice. She said to go with the XL, so that's what I did, and she also ensured me that their exchange policy is easy if it's not right. Well, the XL is like a XXL. And they were all Way too big. In order to return them, I would have to pay the shipping ($45 from Hawaii to China) and also pay a $18.75 processing fee. So I lose no matter what. Before I ordered, I emailed their customer service to ask about the sizes, because Onepiece.store and Cospicky shirts were severely undersized. A Large was more like a medium. Definitely a major disappointment, especially after waiting almost 3 weeks for my order.

The website was simple and easy to use! The order was confirmed quickly and their products look awesome!!

Website was easy to use and I love the look of the black clover products. Can’t wait to actually get the products in hand.

I have received my products now and they look and fit great. The only drawback I would say is I got a hoodie and pants and they both smell very strong of chemicals even after a wash. I am hoping after a couple more washes the smell will come out but currently the smell is strong enough I can’t even wear them.
I also got a pair of shoes and love them. I have no issues with the shoes at all.

cute products and came within reasonable timing.

The shopping experience is one of the best that I had. The layout of the site made shopping easy. Would definitely purchase again.

Everything they’re doing is great. All the products received were great quality and even sent a scan and review qr for $25 off my next purchase which I’m eager to get to order more. The groot figure sent was missing a hand but it was free and the clothes I ordered I wish I would have ordered a 2X over the XL since the sizes run very small compared to standard us sizes. The performance shorts themselves other than running small are great quality and great detail printed. Will definitely check out more

My son is a die hard anime fan & every year his birthday has some anime theme & this year was Haikyuu. So of course I had to find shirts for us & on google I can across these dope shirts that I just had 2 buy. The quality is great & the delivery time was expeditiously. So just know he will be out shining everyone on his birthday!!!!

Just ordered a awsome anime outfit from them the other day, quick and easy to order, hopefully will have it within a couple weeks

The graphics are great. I ordered 2 medium joggers and 1 large leggings. The leggings fit great, they didn’t show through which I love. The joggers: I should have gone a size up because they were a little thin and also showed the lining of my underwear so I will try to exchange for a size up. I wish they would make them fleece lined. For reference: I’m 5’3 and 150 lbs (pear shaped?) which is why the booty shows a lot. I hope this review helps.

Very disappointed in the quality of customer service. I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas. Could not track package due to never receiving tracking number. Reached out to customer service via email who was not really helpful on when package would be received just verified, they received my order. That was not my questions I wanted to know how to track my package and if it would be received by Christmas due to ordering early December. Long story short my son did not like the jacket but saw one on website for the same exact price who wanted to exchange for. Only for me to be told by the same customer service rep Blaire that the jacket can only be exchanged for a different size. Although nice products I will not order from this website again. Who wants to be stuck with a product you're not going to wear?

Very easy to order online with a wide variety of merchandise to choose from. I really liked the mix and match buy 2 get 1 free promo.

Tracked the order and was home all day for it. Said it got delivered and it never came. Called the courier to track it and they said they couldn't track it and that it looks like a scam. Beware.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!
They stated that their wool product is really soft and will keep you warm but their sweaters are so thin and slightly see through. HORRIBLE material. Do not be fooled into buying their “soft wool” items.

I just ordered a Haikyuu libero jersey as a christmas gift to myself and I found the ordering process very easy. I will say that the sizing guide was a little confusing because I'm used to bust being the measurement all the way around but this seemed to be just the chest measurement.
