Just ordered for cyber Monday. Love the inventory and excited to see them in person soon. A buddy has ordered before so I know they are safe and legit. I will say the promo code not being combined with any website deals wasn't very clear and the live chat was inconsistent on getting responses. That being said, it all worked out and I'll keep using them

I found this webiste randomly when scrolling through google for presents and there are so much options to choose from, that I was not disappointed, the delivery is relatively quick when ordering.
Will definitely be coming back for more in the future

Strict return policy that they will fight for every inch on. I received a swimsuit that was inappropriately sized and had a zipper not properly sewn in and was refused a refund. They offered a $20 store credit for a $50 swimsuit. Took a gamble and lost. I also had fraud charges on my credit card soon after ordering from them, so who knows. Best of luck.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts in the size XL because that's what the sizing chart said to order for someone my size, when they arrived they are about 2-3 sizes larger that the chart suggested. The chart told me id be a XL but bet I'm more that likely to be a medium with there sizing. When I messaged them regarding this the response I had back was saying that I'd have to pay to have then sent back for an exchange the cost of which is more that the original cost of the shorts and then pay them a restocking charge, when I explained that the cost of shipping was more than the value of the shorts they said to drop the declared value of the shorts to the shipping company which is disgraceful, as if they got lost in shipping I would only get the declared value of what I said not the full amount of there worth, terrible customer service.

Everything I ordered was exactly as advertised and sizing was perfect. Shipping only took a couple days to receive. I was really happy with everything

I ordered a Star Trek hoodie. It cost nearly $100 (CND). It's like drug store Halloween costume quality and not the same garment from the photos on the website. A good hoodie can be worth $100, but this is not good quality and so not worth it. The crest alone is not worth like $75. I almost feel scammed; it's*just* legit enough that I don't quite feel scammed.

The products themselves are wonderful, I’ve been loving all the pieces I purchased. Just be prepared to wait a bit for some select items to arrive at your door but as long as your patient, you’ll most definitely love the quality of anything you get!
