I could go on and on about the experience we have had with your company and especially Mr Radner. We have had so many questions and concerns about our flight and he was so patient and answered all our questions in a way we could understand. I am 83 and my husband is 80 so it is sometimes difficult to get through all the steps it takes, but he was on the phone with my daughter in law as she was setting up the flights. He was so helpful and no question or concern was too small or too large. Because of him, we will be able to have a lovely time with my son and his family. Many thanks for everything. He deserves a gold star.

Initially, I was thanking them for being so helpful and explaining everything, so well. After they took $788 for what was an initial price of $475 I kept receiving emails, telling me to return their call, my flight was not booked completely. I had to call multiple times to finally get a guy calling himself Ragnar and claiming to be the "manager".
Before that it was Romey Evans and Vincent ??
I was finally refunded $480. I called many times to inquire about the remainder and "Ragnar" yelled at me and asked why I keep calling them.
No one EVER replied to my emails and though the lady answering the phone told me over and over that my calls would be returned, they never were. I got flat left on read by Romey .. LoL ..

Be very careful, this site is a BIG scammer, they show great pricing and good flight timings, after taking all your information including payments they give you reference number Eg: Your Booking Ref.No : DCG-00526 so the customer think that they got the confirmation number, they will charge you then you receive email that some one will contact you, they call but now a days people don't answer random calls, and they will not contact you, and if you answer or call them back they will say that flight is not available but they can check another flight from nearest airport or different airlines or different timing and even charge you extra, if you say you want to cancel they will say we still have to charge you its better you book a ticket.
My sincere request not to buy anything's from this kind of site, definitely NO airline ticket from this site.

I had a really smooth experience booking my flight with Fare Crown. Vincent Stone was incredibly patient and helpful, he spent a lot of time answering my questions and made sure I got the best option for my trip. He made the whole process so easy, even sent me my boarding passes, and was available to help the entire time. He also let me know I could call him anytime if I needed anything. Really appreciated the support, great service from start to finish!

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company to book a flight. They will publish one fare, issue a confirmation, then change the fare before issuing a ticket. Dealing with them on the phone is just an exercise in frustration. They will lie and give you misinformation. Repeat: DO NOT USE this company.

Title: This company cost me my grandfather’s funeral

I booked a flight through Farecrown to attend my grandfather’s funeral. A few hours after receiving a confirmation email, I got another message saying my booking wasn’t actually confirmed. I spent hours playing phone tag with their customer service, only to be told I was number 52 on a waitlist for a seat at the price I paid. To secure an actual seat, I’d have to pay more than double.

By the time I got a partial refund—only about 60% of what I paid—it was too late to rebook another flight. I missed the funeral entirely.

This company does nothing but scam people. They offer low prices that aren’t real, then trap you in a game of upsells and vague promises. Avoid Farecrown at all costs. It’s not worth the emotional and financial stress—especially when it’s something as important as saying goodbye to a loved one.

I made flight plans to go home! A day later I had a family emergency I didn't know what was going to happen. I recieved a call from Vincent Stone to verify my flight and I had to tell him I had to cancel! He helped so much with the phone call and made sure I got my refund!!! People like him is what you need!!! Thank you

TERRIBLE SERVICE DON’T BUY TICKETS WITH THEM. Terrible customer service don’t send email confirmation or tickets to you. We missed our flight cause they keeped saying it was at 2:12 on Mother’s Day and it was at 7:30 am so we had to spend Mother’s Day at the airport all day and night till the next flight the next day. They put you on hold for hour or more and it is always the same thing we are working on it and we will send it to you in two hours.

Scam. I booked a $270 round trip. I got an email saying "we tried to call but couldn't reach you, please call back" when I did, he said that he has ticketed the outgoing flight but needed another $600 to ticket the return. I said stop. Cancel everything. He said he couldn't. I said I'd dispute with my card issuer. He still charged me almost $900. Still in the dispute process. Classic bait and switch.

I booked a flight on May 5, 2025. Their website mentions a rate after booking the ticket, but only after five hours. Romey emailed me, saying, “We would like to inform you that your flight booking is partially ticketed. We tried to call you (that lie), but note that a delay in contact may result in a price increase or losing out on this ticket.” When I call, he asks me for more money; I said Stop the booking process and refund my money. But instead, this idiot (Romey Evans) leaked my phone number and information (email, name, and address) to multiple parties. Since booking with them, I have been receiving numerous spam calls and emails. There is no online cancellation process, so I am unable to cancel or obtain a refund. Despite multiple calls and emails, I have not received a response. Additionally, Romey Evans from Customer Service threatened me, stating that I couldn't process my refund, which is only available from the airline. Despite five days of trying to obtain a refund, I have been unsuccessful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND EVERYONE PUTTING THIS POSITIVE REVIEW IS ALL FRAUDULENT. DO NOT TRUST!

Mr Vincent stone was Very informative about the procedure on how the flights are at the discounts they are at. He called me back to let me know what was going on with my purchase canceling really went above and beyond I appreciate everything you did

This is a scam. I booked a fight from Denver to Des Moines for $218. Then they call to go over restrictions, call dropped after they put me on hold. I returned the call & they inform me that the only luggage allowed is your phone & wallet/purse. Who flies for a 4 day stay with no luggage??? But they call the airline & come back with a $126 charge each way to bring a backpack. Lunacy!!! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Absolutely a scam pricing website !!!! my cost went up significantly after I purchased the CHEAP ticket !!!! They claim its the airline !!! use your regular booking website !!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE !!!!!

If I could have given a zero I would have. Scam operators. Bait and switch. Quoted a low but reasonable fare. Charged my credit card for $5.00 more than the entire trip for the outbound leg and then called me to let me know the return flight would be 5 times more. Said I could not cancel. Now it will take 10 days to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.

Offshore Indian call center. They give the entire country a bad name.

I was very disappointed to learn all of the restrictions which basically resulted in my not reallly having confirmed flights until I was at the airport (within 4 hours of flight). The call from Farecrown was shortly after my "booking" online however it cost me $50 to cancel for a refund (as opposed to a restrictive flight voucher) because the timing of the flights was important. Vincent Stone was assisting me and was very courteous and helpful explaining things to me and was trying numerous alternatives to satisfy me but the alternatives were more expensive than what was available elsewhere.
