Fantastic bargins save loads of money here

I have been shopping in Farm foods for many years they are fantastic value and as a bonus they even give you money off vouchers without ant hassle if you sign up for their emails they have fantastic offers if you are prepared to buy in bulk.Great deals on frozen chicken i bought 5 kg of fillets for £3 a kg less 9% using a voucher butter 250 g 99p, bacon always very cheap king prawns work to about £8.23 a kg uncooked if you spend £ 28 using a £2 voucher ,the general supermarket price is £20 per KG , toilet rolls are also a great deal and much more I have saved loads of money over the years you don't always get the best deal if they sell out but that is because the deals are so good and there is no restriction on what you can buy.
You can save loads shopping here and have a better quality of food if you are prepared to shop in bulk.I have no connection to this shop other than being a committed customer who has saved loads of money stay out of the large supermarkets shop here also the staff are always interested friendly and helpful.

always low stock when i visit you ask…

always low stock when i visit you ask staff they are fed up answering customers farmfood should regular stock up for customer and sort out the shopping trolleys are broken or don't work properly.

I went to farmfood Enfield to get some…

I went to farmfood Enfield to get some water but i couldn't find any do a staff member of staff was near me so I asked him, his name is Subir (I hope i wrote his name right) .
Subir was really kind and told me it was a fire in the warehouse that was the reason they had any water ...
I told him that I was coming all the way from an other area just for water...Subir kindly when he heard this, offered me to take a 40 pack bottle of water which meant to be for him to take home ...
I found this really really really kind and it did mean a lot to me .
Thank you so much Subir much appreciated

Dunstable branch open early as 1030h but the till will open at 1100h . What awaste of time.

My favourite chocolate ❤️

Farm foods are go to since I get my little chiwawa princess her daily five bars of chocolate. Princess is very picky with her chocolate and if I don’t get her her farm foods chocolate she will become very feral and start to rip the wall paper of the wall. She MUST know that the chocolate comes from THE farm . Xx kind regards Melissa

Just tried the farm foods crispy…

Just tried the farm foods crispy battered chicken burgers. Absolutely disgusting. Imagine a chicken burger the size and thickness of a round biscuit, doesn’t taste much like chicken and is so chewy I had thoughts of s dog chewing a tennis ball with every bite. I’ve half eaten one, the rest will go in the bin.

After not being able to buy 7 day…

After not being able to buy 7 day specials for a month I complained and I was told that things would improve
Lo and behold nothing has changed.
3 days into a 7 day special and no stock on the shelves.
I contacted customer services who referred it to the area manager who returned the call but had a very nonchalant attitude. He confirmed it is the store managers responsibility to order promotional stock up to a week or more in advance, so no excuse for having empty shelves of promotional items.
It's false advertising at its worst, getting customers to use their time and travel expenses for something they cannot buy.
This particular store is on School Brow in Warrington.
Do not bother going there for promotional products because they don't order any.

I went into farm foods merdith road…

I went into farm foods merdith road Ipswich Suffolk and this little boy ran straight into me on his scooter I think that they shouldn't be able to use in farm foods shop I'm reg disabled and he nearly made me fall while farm foods are not to blame he shouldn't be allowed to ride in the shop please can you look into this and put on the doors I have been down to farm foods merdith road Ipswich Suffolk and there is nothing saying that scooters are not alowed in the shop so how does anyone know that ?

Then cook them to their instructions, sit down to eat them and they are still half frozen, and after reheating them, they taste a bit like cardboard !! AVOID !!

Wisbech store

The wisbech store is incredible. The safe are always happy, helpful and caring. I was at the till with a big shop me and staff members start talking about football. He was happy, chill and just a joy to be around. Who ever is the store manager of wisbech needs a reward. Its well run, plenty of stock, happy staff, clean. Keep up the hard work

Farmfoods don't seem to carry much in…

UPDATE
Farmfoods CS (via email with Emma) said she would be in touch, at my registered address (supplied by me when I contacted them YESTERDAY via the online form, followed up by a call) and she has been, TODAY, via RM 1st class.

The actions (of Emma) were both unexpected, and MUCH appreciated, hence the upgraded star rating.

Farmfoods don't seem to carry much in the way of stock, at least not in its Aylesbury branch, and yet it would seem to be very popular with BULK BUYERS, possibly local shop owners?.

I just got off the phone with Farmfoods CS, and suggested Farmfoods could draw up a list of "customers" (local shop owners?) who favour bulk buying, and try to take into account their requirements when receiving deliveries? what you might call a WIN WIN for Farmfoods, the bulk buying local businesses AND US, the everyday shoppers.

The staff so helpful at the Newport…

The staff so helpful at the Newport gwent shop, took me to what I was looking for and also helped carry my stuff to my car, 10 out of 10 for service guys.

Rude staff

You need to train your staff to say hello, please and thank you! Just been to Chester branch and a young girl on till with long hair didn't even look at me. She said nothing apart from barking £10.48 to me. No eye contact, please, or thank you, the basic manners anybody should have let along someone serving the public! She also looked so miserable. Poor service Farmfoods.

Farmfoods is HORRENDOUS

I went into store. Dead man on FLOOR. Please remove dead man from store. I wanted chicken not rotten flesh. This is not minecraft. I will be sure to tell my dead grandpa that Farmfoods is not the place to pop your clogs. I deeply apologise for my grandfathers passing. I will make sure to teach him a lesson in purgatory. Will you please start selling gravlax. I travelled over to the dairy section and the door had been left open. Milk was on the floor and there was greek natural yoghurt on the wall! Your workers deserve to get a pay fall. They asked me to get out the store when I asked for AA batteries. They said 'this ain't cosco pal' and walked off. I will never shop here again. Farmfoods is for losers and people with no street credibility. Farmfoods should be shut down.

Slug infested potatoes!!!!!!!!
I don't usually buy fresh fruit and veg from my local farmfoods as the quality is usually sketchy but we needed some that day to make shepherd's pie. When I opened the bag there were loads of little black slugs all over them.... needless to say they went straight in the bin and we had something else for tea.. put me right off potatoes for the forseeable future....

Customer service can be lacking in Canterbury

The deals are usually ok, but the service at the Canterbury branch can be quite bad. Some employees are attentive and helpful while others have poor attitudes and are very snarky at the tills. Prefer to go to Iceland, where the customer service is generally quite better.

I have read Julian's response below and really it does nothing to address the concerns that I raised. Stating that your are going to raise them with the Area Manager just means your are fobbing me off as there will be no follow up.

In light of Julian's response and taking into consideration the points that I have raised, which have not been addressed, appear to be a common pattern in these reviews, I feel it's better to write to Eric Herd setting out my complaint.

Also, I will be writing to Paynes Dairies to ascertain why the milk they provide for Farmfoods has such a short life span.

I have three areas to raise in this concerns.

Firstly, I would be very interested to know exactly where Farmfoods obtains its milk from. Whilst I fully appreciate that Farmfoods sells a number of products with short shelf lives, I am rather concerned about the shelf life of its milk. As part of my fitness routine, I use milk instead of water in my protein shake which means I can get through quite a bit of milk each week. So when I saw that you can buy three 2L bottles for £3, I thought that would be ideal. However, the shelf life date is so short by the time I get to the third bottle, its usually out of date and gone off. I went in on Friday and the staff were stacking the fridge with milk but each bottle had a shelf life of 6 days. All major supermarkets brands have at least 14 days. I recall speaking to a member of staff about it a while ago and they had said that they would never by milk from the store - which begs the question, where does it come from ? Is it excess milk that other retailers no longer want?

Secondly, I receive the promotional leaflet via email with the latest offers but when you go to the Wood Green store, which is the nearest to me, they tend not to have half of the products available. When I raised it with customer services over the phone, they advised me to call up in advance and they would be able to tell me whether the items were in store before going there. What's the point of having promotions if the items aren't in the store?

Finally, does Farmfoods not limit the number of promotional items a customer can purchase at one time. For example, the butter promotion of 10 for £10. I have seem people picking up several boxes of 10 thereby leaving none on the shelf. The same thing happened with cheese, cereal, magnum ice lollies and Tetley tea bags. How are other customers supposed to buy these items if the store allows people to bulk buy in large quantities. Other supermarkets limit the number that can be bought so why doesn't Farmfoods.

so since 'sharon gate' i have been in…

so since 'sharon gate' i have been in twice and been served by two loverly ladies!! the younger lady was so so polite!! she asked me if i was ok because i was struggling to pack my bags from being in so much pain! she asked me if i needed a chair to sit down as i had gone very pale in the face. The other lady was also polite and scanned the items slower so i could pack my bags. i would use farmfoods more if i didnt have to worry about weather sharons working or not! she just makes me feel so uneasy to be shopping in there!! The product range & value is FANTASTIC!! HOWEVER 'sharon' still had a face like THUNDER!! as she was stocking the crisps up she yet again looked at me like dirt!! i just dont know what her problem is??? ALL THE OTHER STAFF ARE GR8.....!!!!
