Great price for this wallpaper on offer and it arrived almost before I’d ordered it. I couldn’t believe how quickly it was delivered and really well packaged too.
My first order of samples didn't arrive. I'd had an email saying it was on its way so I presume it was lost in the post. Another was sent immediately. My 'proper' order arrived promptly. The price... Toon meer
The prices on offer are very attractive but the returns policy is very limited. You lose 25% after 14 days and returns are not allowed after 30 days. Since I normally like to buy well in advance, and... Toon meer

So glad I finally bought this
I had been looking at this wallpaper for a while. Sadly bought when you put the price up which is a shame
The paper , however is just beautiful. We are almost finished the second wall and love it. Good quality as usual from Harlequin 🤗

Unhelpful Customer Service
Be very careful when ordering from here. Whilst the returns policy clearly states made to order wallpapers are non-refundable, the website doesn’t tell you what products are made to order and which aren’t. I emailed them to find out, having seen reviews indicating this, and customer service was appalling/very unhelpful. After that I had no intention of ordering from them and actually found the wallpaper I liked cheaper elsewhere.

Thank you for your review Amy. I am sorry about your experience. We explained some of these wallpapers are printed to order, but the one you enquired about was not. However we didn't have sufficient stock.
Had to return one unopened roll of…buy local
Had to return one unopened roll of paper and did not realise when I purchased online that I would have to pay for this
In future I will order from local supplier and wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic customer service
Ordered 2 rolls of Mini Moderns Whitby wallpaper on Saturday. After receiving the order confirmation email I realised I had ordered the wrong colour.
I emailed them immediately to advise, and requested the colour to be changed. Had a reply at 9am on Monday to say they had corrected the colour and it would be despatched that day. The correct colour was delivered on Wednesday by DPD.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very much appreciated as quickly corrected a problem of my own making. Would definitely buy from them again.
