Fashionwallpaper Reviews

Ordered 2 rolls of Mini Moderns Whitby wallpaper on Saturday. After receiving the order confirmation email I realised I had ordered the wrong colour.

I emailed them immediately to advise, and requested the colour to be changed. Had a reply at 9am on Monday to say they had corrected the colour and it would be despatched that day. The correct colour was delivered on Wednesday by DPD.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very much appreciated as quickly corrected a problem of my own making. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great wallpaper really fast delivery and great updates on your delivery doesn’t get any better great experience highly recommended

Beautiful wall paper so elegant love it so much

Excellent service from ordering to delivery, very happy 😃

Great price and super fast delivery. Perfect, thanks

We ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper on Sat pm it arrived on Tuesday all the way to north of Scotland. I only used 3 rolls and requested info on return this was received and the one roll sent back not opened or damaged.
Only to be told about 3 weeks later that they do not accept returns on Print To Order wallpaper ? NO mention of this when ordered plus to take delivery in 2 working days is amazing.
SO no refund this was over £60 per roll. After many emails I was told NO refund PLUS will NOT return the roll BUT can collect, Really.
NEVER use this company ever again.
I have never heard of anything like this simply Shocking.

My fabric arrived very quickly The website was easy to use and the company sent emails at each stage, keeping me up to date. Very happy

The wallpaper was competitively priced, arrived very quickly and was securely packaged .

I found the Sanderson wallpaper I wanted on Fashionwallpaper’s website at a really good price. Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. I haven’t used them before but would definitely use them again. Excellent service

What an amazing service I received from this wonderful company. The wallpaper was significantly cheaper than any other site. The delivery was swift and the after sales service was absolutely outstanding.
I can highly recommend Fashion wallpaper.
They really do put the customer at the heart if what they do.

Good experience, delivery delayed slightly because of snow. No problems otherwise.

Lovely products, really helpful staff and accept returns.

User-friendly website for placing order, fabric delivered promptly and in good condition. Will use this company again.

Good service prompt response.Wallpaper well packaged promised delivery

Had a hiccup with delivery, contacted Fashionwallpaper . Impressed by the calm and professional response. The paint arrived the following day.

Amazing customer service and very fast delivery. Recommend warmly.

I've ordered twice within a couple of days.the service is excellent. Great competitive price for William Morris wallpaper and delivered next day on both occasions. Well packaged. 5*

Ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper (which I was told by the decorator that I needed all 4) expensive Harlequin paper, cost me near enough £1,000. Lost my Dad and so everything was postponed until I had sorted out family matters. Eventually got the wallpaper hung and the new decorator hung it and it only needed 3 rolls. Fashion wallpaper not willing to accept a return, I appreciate it's over the 30 day return period but even a credit note would have sufficed. Incompassionate and unhelpful.
