i love fast labels! been ordering from here for over 6 years! Chloe was very helpful and patient helping me sort out an error I made with my metallic order. Fabian was amazing at helping me rebuild an order with old artwork i couldn't access but they still had on my file. highly recommended- great people that make a great company

DO NOT order from these people they are not fast labels and do not have a clue what they are doing , one week and still they haven’t done the art work which I sent them . Should be called Tortoise Labels !

I have made two purchases with this company, both experiences have been fantastic. On both occasions there was an issue with what i had sent in, i was contacted and given the best advice on how to resolve this. On my second order i was unsure what material to order, a quick informative phone call to customer service put my mind at rest. Amazing quality products that actually adhere to mylar bags! Missing the deadlines
I am very disappointed with this order. I was promised delivery by 20 July and then I get confirmation to be shipped on 23rd, but the order has not even been shipped yet.
I specifically needed these labels by 20 July so I could send them to the manufacturer. Because of this delay, the order is now of no use to me.

Unhelpful
Have used them for over 4 years and they used to be quick to deliver and very helpful. I was having problems with making an order as their website kept losing my order when about to pay and so i asked to get help from Sales team who were very nice but had to go through the whole order again and since i had a lot of designs, this made me miss the cut off time by a minute. I asked Support team to see if they can at least get the order out on the original promise day as it really wasn't my fault but no help there. It's not the first time that there has been an issue on their side and they have not been helpful.

Has to be one of the worst companies to deal with for small businesses
My advice to you whoever is reading this is fine somebody else, avoid this company at all cost you will end up having your fingers burnt at some point. You have staff offering products and not explaining what they are. You have staff mucking up orders and then expecting you to have it and then offer you a discount afterwards.
Nobody ever gets back to you when they say they will
