Claire made sure the label graphics and resolution was what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the final proof was good to go and the print result perfect.

There were two mistakes regarding my order but they resolved the problem very quickly and they took care of everything to resolve it. Is good that the company acknowledged it.

Fastlabels is great for me

Fastlabels is great for me – with the ability to produce custom shaped labels on a range of common substrates that don't require huge production runs to be cost effective. My client love the quality too.

Absolutely AWFUL!

Ordered labels from Fast Labels with an estimated delivery date of Monday 20th April. The very next day, I contacted them to explain I urgently needed the labels by Friday and asked for a refund if this couldn’t be guaranteed.

Instead of issuing a refund, they said they needed to check with management to see what they could do and whether meeting the deadline was possible. Despite this uncertainty, they continued processing the order and sending proofs back and forth, even though I had made it clear the deadline was absolutely critical.

The process then became unnecessarily drawn out, with repeated back-and-forth on proofs. Edits were made to my design (including moving text) without my consent due to their printing requirements, which delayed things further.

On Wednesday, I was told the labels had been printed and would arrive Friday — which is what I needed. However, Friday arrived and no labels were delivered.

When I chased this, I was told the order hadn’t passed quality control — and no one had informed me because they “don’t have capacity” to update customers.

So despite clearly stating I needed the labels by Friday or a refund, they:

- Refused to refund when asked
- Continued processing while unsure they could meet the deadline
- Failed to deliver on the promised date
- Failed to communicate delays

I was left without the labels when I needed them, which has impacted my business.

I would not recommend using this company if you have any kind of deadline. Poor communication and unwillingness to resolve issues early on.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand the importance of receiving your order on time.

When you contacted us on 13/04 requesting a cancellation, we explored whether we could still meet your deadline instead. As part of this, we worked with our design team and upgraded your order to a free rush service for dispatch on 17/04. This was done in good faith, as we have a duty of care to do everything we can to ensure our customers receive the product they’ve ordered, not to delay or prevent a cancellation.

We advised on 16/04 and advised that the order was still on schedule, subject to passing our quality control checks. Unfortunately, the order did not pass QC in time, which meant we missed the revised dispatch date.

At that point, the order was still within the original estimated delivery window, which is why a refund hadn’t initially been approved. However, we understand your concerns, especially given your earlier request, and after escalation, we authorised a full refund. This is now with our accounts team, once processed you will receive an email to confirm this.

We do recognise that communication could have been clearer, particularly around the risks of the revised timeline, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Delivery was very late

Delivery was very late - and I had paid a surcharge for the fast service. This is not fair or the correct way to treat customers.

We did everything we could to meet the deadline, our turnaround times are based on print-ready artwork. As changes were needed on part two and new artwork was supplied, along with the bank holiday, this caused a delay.

Quality and customer service

I've used fast labell now for quite some time. There consistency in quality, customer care and final product delivery is 5 star. There website is also very easy to use. I do find there prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend anyone that wishes to have quality delivered, then Fast labels should be your choice.

Waisted a month for my labels

Waited a month for my labels. Finally just asked for a refund because it has taken too long. Definitely need to improve messages from designers to sellers as they don’t come through or sometimes they aren’t clear. Like I said wasted the whole month just to get my labels.

Absolutely Shambolic Service – “Fast Labels” is a Complete Joke

Ordered a week ago and was explicitly assured by their support team that the labels would arrive on Wednesday. They never showed up.

The next day I contacted them again, and another rep confidently promised delivery on Thursday. Still nothing.
When I followed up, all I got was a half-hearted “sorry” and some excuse about why they suddenly couldn’t deliver on a day when I actually needed them. Bit useless as I needed them for Friday’s event. These people are utterly useless. They give firm assurances, then deliver the exact opposite – zero reliability, zero accountability.

“Fast Labels” should be renamed Slow Labels, because speed is clearly not something they understand. This was my first (and last) order with them. Their service is an absolute disgrace and a total waste of time.

I will never use them again, and I strongly recommend everyone avoids this incompetent company like the plague. Terrible first impression? More like a permanent warning to steer clear..

Absolutely outstanding service

Absolutely outstanding service, couldn’t have been more helpful. Being less than tech savvy my designs weren’t quite right but they were patient and went above and beyond to help alter them. Received today and they look amazing. The fact they are local to me and that I’m supporting a local business is a bonus. Thank you. I will be getting all my future labels from here.
