Excellent Customer Service When It Mattered Most
My experience with Fast Labels wasn’t completely smooth, but I actually think the true test of a company is how they deal with things when there are obstacles — and this is where they really stood out.
Initially, I requested samples and the team were very helpful in sending different options so I could make the right choice for my business. When it came to placing the actual order, we ran into some difficulties with the label sizes and getting the artwork accepted correctly.
What I really appreciated was how understanding and solution-focused the team were. Rather than simply telling me something couldn’t be done, they listened to my concerns, tried their best to find solutions, and made a genuine effort to prioritise my order so that I could receive it on time.
As a business owner, this matters a lot to me. Things don’t always go perfectly with an order, but good customer service is about how a company responds when something does go wrong.
A special thank you to Chloe, Maddie, Georgia for their patience, understanding and effort throughout the process. I really appreciated how much you all tried to help and get everything sorted for me.

They were delivered late
They were delivered late, which spoiled the gift we were giving to our local school. I also feel a discount on a future order is worthless. I know the order was not expensive, but your delivery guys were terrible. They eventually turned up.

Labels came
Labels came, no problem. But I have been unable to contact the firm with regards to supplying me with an invoice. Without an invoicing system ora means of contact I will not be able to use them for further orders.
And when they responded to this review they ask me to make contact but still no means of contact. Frustrating.
