Sent our logo through, printed off some vinyl Hard Hat stickers, really good price too.

I spoke with Fabian yesterday about an order i wanted to place as another company i use was messing me around.

I send Fabian 3 images and the sizes i wanted etc,i cannot fault him, he rapidly and i mean rapidly got me a quote together of what i wanted and sent me an invoice.

Because i wanted blood drips to make my truck a horror truck i messaged and sent an email,just to make sure that the white background will not be on my sticker and that i just wanted the blood drips on my designs and then the bloody hands with some text (clear but no white)

I called this morning and luckily i caught Fabian and he said yeah it is fine,he put my order through like how i enquired about so there is no problem there,would you like me to put you through to aftersales as i cannot access anything in the after sales side but your stickers should be fine,so i agreed.

Then i spoke to a lady and explained the situation,she put me on hold to check the order and details then came back and said i need to pay more money...

She tried to explain the best way she could an asked if that makes sense and none of it did i could not understand what she was try to get at or trying to explain to me as it did not make any sense or could tell me in a way i understood what was going to happen with my designs being adjusted with the designer and why they were being adjusted and also why i had to pay more....

I just could not get my head around it especially when Fabian said he basically put on my order what i was double checking to make sure that there will be no white and they would be clear...I got charged extra when i was not meant to of been and Fabian certainly did not even mention i would be charged any extra.

First time i have ordered and i honestly felt it would be the the last!!! I was really happy at first with how rapidly i got a quote from Fabian and how rapidly he sorted me out and how helpful he was,but to then be literally ripped off and charged extra for nothing according to Fabian this is out of order!!!

To say i am extremely annoyed would be an understatement, i really do think that this is disgusting to be requesting more money when i was not meant to pay any extra,my order and invoice was set up and paid for,i was just double checking with Fabian this morning then i ended up being charged more money,i was not meant to pay anymore momey to the lady in support i spoke with and Fabian will back me on this!!!

Edit: I decided to call and got put through to Georgia and she actually helped get me 10% and another amount off a future order,she apologised i was charged more and not meant to of been but it is not her fault.

Then i thought maybe give them a second chance and get some more horror stickers for my truck in time for halloween and use up my discount too.

I then so contacted sales about some more images through live chat and Daniel's attitude is appauling, he was being really off with me and said to me 'i do not think you have got got 140% i need to have a look at what it was again'. I said 'that is what Georgia told me on the phone,it was 10% then she said the 140% is actually £59.02 off my original order'.

Then he said 'how much does the the order come to'? I said 'my original order'? He said 'no,your new order'.

I said 'i do not know i have not placed it yet that is what im asking about,i already placed an order but i wanted to place a new order with my discount'...

Daniel said 'sorry,yes if you have the specifications i can build this for you'.
So i gave my measurements on the new images i wanted printing and my previous order number so that Daniel could check the specs as i wanted them the same UV resistant,high gloss,laminate etc.

Daniel then said 'is this the same as the other order'? i said 'nope different images but the materials,supply,finish,adhesive,white ink and reverse print is the same as my forst order 👍🏻i need them this style for UV and scratch resistant mate.

Then he said 'i meant the specs'...so now i started to get angry.I said 'right i did not know as you did not say'. (But that is what you get for trying to be helpful for his sake,giving my previous order so he can check materials i wanted on the 2nd order but then i even just told him and get a reply like that from him,totally unacceptable).

He said i will sort this for you i said do not bother i will call instead and place my order and then i want a word with your manager because i do not like your attitude and sounds like you need advice and retraining in customer service!!!

Im lost for words...

Conna rang me and i am greatful we had a genuine conversation and chat about what has actually happened.

Conna listened to everything i had to say about what has happened and i appreciate him,georgia and the other lady on sales who all apologised to me but it is not their fault.

I know how serious running a business is as i helped my parents with theirs but im truly greatful Conna reached out to me and we had a chat,so thankyou Conna

Mine was a simple job that required accurate colour and clear definition so that the QR code could be read. I'm glad say that the printed result was perfect and, if I need more, I will have no hesitation in coming back for another job. Excellent work.
