Very pleased with my order of 4 sticker designs. Arrived on time and very good quality. The website is a bit confusing, but otherwise fantastic.
Brilliant cider bottle labels printed, sent in my own design. Very happy with the quality, very reasonably price and delivery of the printed labels.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service from Jodie! I contacted the company regarding an urgent order for labels needed for a weekend event, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They responded quickly, were understanding of the situation, and did everything they could to help with delivery arrangements. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers. Highly recommend, thank you again for all your help!

Excellent pricing
Excellent pricing, and no problems save for them not being able to open ODT files. No biggie, I just converted it to PDF.

Impeccable customer service!
Honestly so pleased with the service I received. My paper textured labels arrived today and they look fab on the candles I am designing! Really lovely quality and exactly what I was hoping for. I was also so surprised to receive multiple rolls as I was only expecting one sample label, which was such a kind gesture.
Alishba has been amazing from start to finish; so friendly, helpful and quick to reply. The whole process has been really easy and it’s been such a positive experience, especially as I’m just starting my small business.
Because of both the excellent service and the fab quality of the labels, I’ll absolutely be placing a full order for my other scents once I have everything in place to start production. I’m really looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Good Morning,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re sorry for the frustration caused. Unfortunately, we were unable to print this order due to a company-wide policy that restricts us from producing political artwork. This policy is applied consistently to all orders and isn’t a reflection on you or your organisation specifically.
As soon as this was identified, your order was passed for a refund, which has now been processed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing, especially as this was your first order with us and you were considering placing larger orders in future.
We can see that a proof approval email was sent from our proofing system, but we understand these emails can sometimes be missed or filtered into junk folders. We also appreciate that this caused frustration, as you were waiting for your order and had to contact us for an update.
Following your feedback, we are reviewing how proof reminders are handled and are working on improvements so customers receive clearer follow-up communication where proof approval is still outstanding.
We’d like the opportunity to look into this further and put things right. We have contacted you directly so we can look into this further and and we are currently awaiting your response.
Kind regards,
Keeley
