Easy to purchase on line and good selection

Har bestilt et legetårn til min datter i start Maj, har fået mail om at dem der skal levere åbenbart ikke kan levere nu. Pengene er trukket, og kan ikke komme kontakt med dem. Har ikke råd til at købe et nyt andet sted. Er så ked af det. Hold jer langt fra at købe der.

Buying experience was straightforward, however had some issues with the form to submit address details and had to refresh the page a couple of time as it kept giving errors for missing information.

Easy process to buy and add on extra bits you want. The hard part is deciding which of the amazing climbing frames to go for in the first place!

We have been looking at purchasing a climbing frame for our children for quite some time and we kept coming back to Fatmoose as it offered the best value for money without compromising on the quality!

Order process was easy and clear as needed to be. Will update my review once product has arrived - I have ordered the FunnyFortress XXL :D - no, im not excited to build this 😂

Update - Mid way through building and if i didnt have someone who knew what they were doing it would be difficult to say the least. Will update on completion but so far so good

Pretty much done - was not easy at all, but we got there in the end. Kids live it, very solid - couple of splits already in the wood but it's wood so not to worried
Instructions - we found some of the Instructions incorrect, the angles on the swing arm and legs was not right other than this generally ok

Børnene elsker vores nye CleverClimber Club XXL, men oplevelsen har været lidt svingende.
Jeg bestilte legestativet i starten af april. Jeg lavede en fejl i adressen , men kundeservice var hurtige til at rette fejlen og orderen blev hurtigt sendt til pakning.
Leveringen var 4-5 uger undervejs med minimal information. Jeg bad flere gange om tracking nummer og status, men fik enten ikke svar eller en besked om ændring af min ordre. Jeg var ved at opgive og acceptere at jeg var blevet snydt. Pludselig en dag lå leveringen så i min indkørsel. Mine tilkøb var dog ikke med og venter stadig (sidst i maj) på at de kommer.
Legestativet var meget let at sætte op og er i super kvalitet.

Vi har bestilt et legetårn som nu er forsøgt samlet.. Vi har måtte købe andet træ i trælasten, fordi der mangler op til flere dele... og træstykkerne er skåret så forskelligt og skævt at det ser forfærdeligt ud....

Purchase process straightforward although more measurements on the diagrams would be useful and real photographs of the products. Added cost of pegs to ensure warranty was an annoying addition. Would also love the option to purchase add-ons such as the swings and towers at a later date.

How do you buy a climbing frame without stress? Go to Fatmoose website and view their fantastic range of climbing fun. Family decision (eventually) opted for slide ,climbing and swing combination. Loads of choice and excellent deals. The only down side was that delivery to the North isles of Scotland wasn't free, but unfortunately it is the price we have to pay (frequently) for living in such an idyllic place. All we have to do now is await delivery and watch the delight on the faces of our very excited children. Hopeful that my review after delivery will be as positive.
