To make matters worse, it didn't even print or deliver a single physical piece of paper.Charging nearly ten dollars for a one-time digital transmission without clear upfront pricing is a complete rip-off. The pricing is incredibly misleading, and I feel taken advantage of.Save your money and use a transparent provider instead. I will never use this service again

There is no printing or posting involved your side, however depending on the recipients fax number and their setup, they may receive the fax online or printed via a fax machine. I have given Faxaroo two separate chances...
I have given Faxaroo two separate chances. I was faxing a form to the IRS, one was sent in December and another in March. Got confirmations for both of them that they successfully sent and the IRS has never had a record of receiving either of them.

The experience was easy and while I did get confirmation it was sent, it is on the other end now... Not under my control, nor Faxaroo. I just know that they did their part. I am satisfied. But hey, for some of you that say they don't get there... It is a FAX! Faxes fail and usually is at the other end, when they run of paper, when their machine is not good, when the machine has issues, when a human makes an "oops" the buffer got deleted! I like you Faxaroo, and I know how it is.

This service does exactly what you need it to do. I uploaded my files, entered the fax number, paid a small fee, got my email confirmation, and it was done. So convenient not having to sign up for a monthly service fee when I only send a few faxes a year.

Although I have a printer it does not have a faxing capability. Many companies for security reasons still only accept fax. I love faxaroo they always give me a receipt to show that it went through or if it did not go through. I think their prices are reasonable and I really appreciate their service

This process was so quick and easy, and saved me having to go to the postoffice or officeworks to send the fax. Very reasonable costs too.

Faxaroo did exactly what I needed it to do. I uploaded three files, entered the fax number, paid five bucks, got confirmation, and it was done. No subscription, no wasted time, no headache.
A lot of the negative reviews seem to ignore the reality that fax delivery can depend on the file itself, the receiving fax machine, line issues, formatting, and the destination on the other end. That is not always the app’s fault.
For a simple one-time fax, this was fast, cheap, and painless. I spent more time reading complaints than it actually took to send my fax. For me, it worked exactly as advertised.

Have to fax a document to a retirement provider to settle an estate.
Have faxed twice, March 25 and again March 31.
Received a confirmation for both. Retirement provider has not received either one.... Big waste of money and time.
Would not recommend this site!!

You’re able to upload multiple files at once; just make sure the coversheet is uploaded first, as it will appear as the first page on the receiver’s end.

Used for a one-off hospital referral fax. Clear pricing, no subscription, no recurring charges, and it worked first time. $3 for a single two page send with confirmation is reasonable. Terms are explicit about pay-as-you-go and no ongoing fees, which I appreciated. Did exactly what they said on the tin.

You can upload multiple files in one go, just upload the coversheet first and it will appear as the first page on the receivers end.
If you got the email saying your fax was successfully delivered, that means your fax made it through to the fax number you entered. You can give the recipient a quick heads up that it’s landed on their end.
