Great. Perfect for a one-off fax and simple to use. It worked exactly as expected. Rang the US company I faxed and they confirmed they had the fax minutes after I sent it. Will use again.

One of the few fax services that was willing to give me a reasonable, fixed price for a one-time fax. All of the other companies wanted me to sign up for a subscription. I had a need for just one time use and Faxaroo delivered!! My fax was 20 pages and took a long time to transmit (understandable) and I did receive an email from Faxaroo about 15 minutes later confirming that it was sent. Perfect Transaction.

Truly a life saver. I was going to print out 29 pages and either send by post, no option to email. I searched google for faxing services officeworks didn't do it. Ask co pilot and I found faxaroo Yay!!!. Such as essential service when you have minimal time, so easy and fast to upload documents, and $30 to send 29pgs more than happy. Great service. Took 10minutes and received an email that the fax had been sent. Once again amazing

So far so good. Have not yet followed up to see if the person actually received it, but Faxaroo have confirmed a successful send. The process was very simple and smooth and if the person has actually received it, I would totally recommend. It was good value and glad I did not have to establish a monthly account as I send very few faxes. Thank you!

First time using Faxaroo. For some reason the fax was not received by intended recipient although Faxaroo system indicated the fax did go through. Requested a refund through my credit card and refund issued.

I found Faxaroo online with excellent recommendations. They said it was free so I was surprised when I was billed $9.00 but I had 5 documents and two were 2 pages so that is fair.
It saves me from leaving home and going out to search a business with fax capabilities.

Fast and easy to use. Would recommend Faxaroo!

That easy uncomplicated way to send a fax is breathtaking. I tried other services, where you had to register, upload some money first to send a fax and whatnot just to experience you cand send international. But not here. 3 easy steps. Upload files, input fax number, input credit card infos and then send! I first thought its a bit much of money to send one piece of paper. But believe me its wirth it. The most easy and reliable way to send a fax.

They still charge you, even when the fax fails to send!!!

I should have read the reviews before trying this service, will never use it again.

Blows my mind that they would charge any fee for failing to deliver the fax. Surely there would be very little cost or no cost to them when they get a busy signal when attempting to send the fax.

This service was easy and fast. Better than other services because you don't have to sign up for a trial, just upload, put in your fax number, pay, and that's it. My confirmation came back within 10 minutes.

Paid $13+tax to one time fax of 12 pages on 03/07/2025 and receive proof of fax confirmation. Still have yet to receive any proof that the fax has gone through and a day later the recipient is claiming they have not received it yet. I'm leaving a 1 star review and will change it, if I ever receive my receive the emailed confirmation with proof that it was actually sent.

I've looked at a couple of free fax services, but I went with Faxaroo because it's more secure. Faxaroo has ISO27001 certification and auto deletion of my documents after they're faxed. My fax got where it needed to go, I didn't have to create an account and I don’t have to worry about my files sticking around on a random server. Definitely worth it if you want a secure way to send a fax.

Website is a fraud and fake.

They took my money, failed to fax, and gave partial refund. Avoid at all costs, scam.

Sent a single page fax to an 1800 number with no issues. Confirmed by the recipient it was received OK. I like the pay-as-you-go offering.
