Great customer care
The discussion with Gareth was very constructive. Whilst I had received a lower quote with another insurance company, I took Gareth's advice to go with the higher buildings cover that FBD was offering. I ended the call as a satisfied customer due in part to Gareth's clear explanation of the policy, and the discretionary discount he applied to my previous quote.
