After much research I decided on the FED Fitness EB2 exercise bike. It is a high quality bike competing with similar brands at twice the price or more. Great customer service!

I reached out for help during assembly and Liz promptly responded with a resolution. I appreciate the customer service! This made me feel even better about my gym equipment purchase. Walmart delivery was fast too!

I love my mini trampoline so much. I use it 3 to 4 times a week. It's wonderful fun and I don't have to get in the heat or rain. I have told everyone I know about it and I know 1 of my friends has gotten one also. Thank you for being so helpful with my issue. I want to use my trampoline forever! I have the 48 inch BCAN. It's perfect for my 5'8 frame

Customer service is top notch ,there was an issue with not all of the parts not being delivered and within hours of an email everything was taken care of and then some!

We purchased a Yosuda folding exercise bike which came in quick time. Everything was well packaged and easy to assemble. We are very pleased with the bike. Its well made and good to ride.
There was one small, minor mark on the seat back rest and FED are replacing this item. Lavender responded quickly to our email and we would like to show our appreciation. I believe we made a good choice here.

The shipping was fast, the exercise bike was packaged very well, the instructions were very easy to follow, the price was very affordable, and the bike is very well built. I will enjoy using it, thank you.

Support has been great. I contacted FED Fitness immediately after my purchase to say that the advertised discount wasn't applied to my purchase and requested a credit. They responded right away and took care of it.

The package was significantly damaged in transit and when I contacted the company to let them know, they responded quickly and were great to work with to get the matter resolved.
