The rebounder I received was damaged so I reached out to FED Fitness Customer Service. I was surely hoping I didn’t have to package it back up and ship it back🤨

Well, I didn’t!

FED Fitness Customer Service responded quickly and solved my problem right away. I was very impressed with how professional they are and how I was treated. It seems to be a rare thing these days with online shopping.

I’m a picky customer who only returns for more products when a company shows me that the customer is a priority.

I'm 70 years old and I love this product. It functions exactly how it was described, and it works.

Besides there being 15 different resistance settings, the handles also extend to lower the resistance for each of the 15 settings. This feature allows you to move to a higher resistance setting, and then lower the resistance for the new setting.

Example:
- Move the resistance setting from 6 to 7.
- You can then expand the handles to lower the resistance to a setting lower than resistance setting 7 (i.e. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, etc).
- This allows for a more linear progression from setting 6 to setting 7.

I acquired a piece of equipment that was missing a part. I reached to customer service and they sent me a new part right away. Excellent service, easy to talk to, would order from them anytime!

I purchased the power tower pull up and dip machine but due to shipping, a part arrived dented and I could not assemble it together. I reported the issue with Liz from their support team, and she IMMEDIATELY resolved the issue and was very helpful. They do support and care for their customers!

Was not able to be provided a free replacement part (new roller wheel for the seat on my yosuda rower 90) due to being out of warranty (purchased less than 3 years ago at the time of this review) however agent was able to direct me to where I can purchase the part on amazon ($20). The interaction via email was pleasant and addressed in timely manner.

Was able to get the part replaced and fixed. Replies were fast. They were diligent to make sure the problem was being resolved throughout the process.

Five stars for the excellent warranty support! Communication was incredibly timely, and they sent me a new replacement machine right away. I just received it and can't wait to get back to my workouts. I'm hoping for great results from here on out. Highly recommend!

There was a problem with the amount of the transaction withdrawn from my bank account. I sent an email, I received an email the next day. It was determined a mistake had occurred, it was cleared up completely to my satisfaction. Thank you Louise for your help

I could not use the app machine specific tabs at the top because when Id select them, the tutorial for them would pop up. The buttons to dismiss the tutorial could not be pressed due to my phones home button and back button. I submitted a ticket about it and they were great to respond and will be releasing a fix May 22.

Even before my purchase, after much research into the many bikes on the market, I knew that my Yosuda was going to become an integral part of my fitness plan.
